Beach Resort is one of the newest resorts in Destin. It is a low-rise, 4 story building with a 4000 sq foot heated bi-level pool that has zero entry, adult water bench area, kiddie play area with fountain, heated spa with surrounding sun decks and gazebos with lush, tropical landscaping.
Our unit is located on the fourth floor with a great view of the emerald gulf waters. INCLUDED IS DAILY BEACH SERVICE WITH 2 LOUNGE CHAIRS & UMBRELLA (seasonal).
The condo is approximately 1050 sq feet. Master bedroom has king bed with private bathroom.
Bunk room also has private bath and TV. It has a spacious living area with queen sofabed, loveseat, pub table with chairs and bar stools. New 42" FLAT SCREEN TV and DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster and wine glasses. It has a washer and dryer in the hallway. Balcony has a breath-taking view of the pool and gulf. This definitely is the place you want to vacation at!
Condo has Pack 'n Play, booster seat/highchair and umbroller stroller for your infant/toddler. Leave your stuff at home!

We wanted to thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo. We had the time of our lives and our kids do not want to leave. The condo and the pool were beautiful! The beach was so close and so much fun. Everything we needed was available and it was such a wonderful location! We tried several of the restaurants you recommended and they were all great. This condo is very clean, lovely and perfectly furnished/equipped. We had a great time at the beach, and the beach service is so nice, but we spent most of our time at the fabulous pool. The condo is perfect for a small family, like ours! The owners were wonderful to work with, very prompt in responding and accomodating all requests. I have already recommended this property to friends and family. We are also looking to come back in September!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was really nice and everything was just as the pictures show. We loved the resort. In our opinion, it was one of the best in this area! Perfect location, awesome beach views and short walking distance to the beach!! Oh and the pool was awesome too!! The location of the condo was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone!
