This historic home (1896) has approximately 1000 square feet total living space. Two of the three bedrooms are located off an enclosed porch. Beautiful views and abundant wildlife are at your front door. The Dunnraven, one of Estes Park's best restaurants, is within walking distance. The river is stocked with rainbow trout on a regular basis.
