This two bedroom, two bath Condo is located in a new development in Playas del Coco in the Guanacaste Region of Costa Rica.
Our upstairs unit is approximately 750 square feet two bedrooms and two baths in a great location just a few hundred yards from the beach, Italian restaurant, mini market and internet café. It is a 5-10 minute walk to town.Our unit is fully furnished with everything you need including air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove,fridge. Cable TV/DVD in the living room. The master bedroom has one queen bed, the other bedroom has one full bed-ideal for one or two couples or a family. The living room has a futon couch.
It is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Liberia Airport and close to the town of Liberia which has flights from San Jose the capitol and main city in Costa Rica and some international flights. It is a four hour drive from San Jose, 20 minutes plane ride, and you can rent a car or take a bus to get here. Playas del Coco has numerous restaurants, shops, a supermarket, bars, discos and a casino only a short walk or drive away. You can book activities and tours and sport fishing,snorkeling or dive trips.
This is a two story complex with its own security, pool, parking and a separate free laundry room downstairs.
This region has lovely beaches, scuba diving, sport fishing, snorkeling and several National Parks for bird watching and hiking. Surfing beaches are about an hour away in Playa Tamarindo. You can go on one of several canopy tours in the area and enjoy hot springs as well.
Rincon de la Vieja National Park with its volcano is only a little over an hour away. There are day trips you can arrange to take and you can rent cars locally. You can even take a bus to Nicaragua if you are adventurous only a few hours away.
Rates are seasonal and are based on weekly, monthly or three night minimum.

We are an adventurous couple living in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. We enjoy scuba diving, hiking,camping and traveling. We hope that you get a chance to visit our condo in Playa del Coco.
Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco
My husband and I travelled through Costa Rica in 2004 on our honeymoon. We discovered Playa del Coco did some diving-liked the area and were able to buy our condo pre construction. It took about a year to build and we had to furnish everything ourselves which took several trips. We think it is going to continue to be a growing area and hope to live there part time in the future.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love our location-usually take a walk on the beach in the morning, swim in the pool-walk to town maybe for lunch or happy hour or maybe evening dinner-it is a quiet area but close enough to town if you want some night life.
