This is not a typical rental condominium. You will first be awed by the setting. Historic Victoria Drive is a small pedestrian-oriented road with very little auto traffic. The scenic road fronts Saint Joseph's Sound Inter coastal and is lined with majestic mossy oaks and palm trees. It is populated with osprey and other wild life. You will enjoy evenings sitting water side to viewing the sunset.
The Victoria was remodeled in 2004 in a French Quarter style. The waterfront property features a beautifully landscaped court yard and pool area with water fountains, brick pavers, spectacular gardens, wrought iron balconies, and seating arrangements. The Victoria is a very private small community with only 26 condominiums. Each unit opens into the court yard. Our unit is on the second floor, end, with a clear view of the water and spectacular sunsets.
You will be awed secondly by the interior of our condominium. Our unit was not lived in since the remodeling, in 2004, until we purchased it in spring of 2006. Everything in the unit, including appliances, furnishings, bedding, and linens is new in spring .
As you can see by the photos it is furnished and decorated with great taste. If you email and request them we can direct you to a portfolio of more pictures.
We have furnished it the way we want it when we stay there. We expect all renters to treat it as they would their own property.

My stay at The Victoria exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous renting a place sight unseen, but the photos of the condo were spot on. The interior was clean and beautifully furnished. The complex itself has a tropical, New Orleans flair which is quite enchanting. I used the pool regularily during the hot August days and sat across the street to view many sunsets over St. Joseph's Sound. The owner was attentive and helpful thoughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

My husband and I enjoyed the condo for May and June 2011 while working in Dunedin. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and lots of extras!! I was surprised at all the kitchen has. Besides all the basics, there is also lots of nice serving dishes, crock pot, grilling tools, ect. Ect. Much more than other vacation condos I've rented. The location of the condo is perfect! Right on the water (sound) and a great place to gather with a glass of wine at the end of the day and watch the sunset. The neighbors at the condos are very nice and helpful if you have any questions qbout the area. Also, within walking distance to downtown Dunedin with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Hubby and I loved jumping on the Pinellas bike trail about one block from the condo. Many bike rental places are nearby if you cant bring your bike. THE BEACH!! Almost forgot the wonderful beaches here!!! About 5 miles to Clearwater Beach and even less to Honeymoon Island. Lots of great shelling at all the beaches.

The Victoria is a special place - very well maintained. This unit is especially well decorated and comfortable. The owners of this unit are accommodating and helpful. The location on Victoria Drive with all the big old Florida houses, live oaks and Spanish moss and the view of St. Joseph's Bay and Caledesi Island State Park is incredible. And you can walk into the town, where there are many excellent reaturants. It doesn't get much better than this.

After 20 years of vacationing in Florida, property 90966 at the Victoria in Dunedin, Florida is our best experience because of the first-class condo and central location: * The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, second-level condo is comfortable, clean and relaxing, and has covered parking * You can view the water from any room in the condo and there is always a cool breeze so it doesn't seem hot even in July * The condo has a mix of friendly, full-time and rental residents, and even a condo cat called Boots * The outdoor pool is private and partly shaded from the sun so you can read without getting a sunburn * You can walk to downtown along the well-treed, historic Victoria Drive and dream about those waterfront Florida houses * The independent, owner-operated restaurants have excellent Mexican and American food, and if you want to cook or BBQ at the condo you can walk to buy fresh (never-frozen) salmon --- life doesn't get much better than that!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Dunedin. The condo is beautifully furnished and has all the comforts of home. The views of the sunset are amazing! We have spent the month of March here for the past four years and loved it every time. It's a short walk to downtown, the Pinellas Trail and many restaurants. We highly recommend staying here.
