Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located right on Ocotillo Golf Course. Featuring a panoramic view of the course, it looks onto the 5th and 6th hole of the gold course of Ocotillo (20 minutes south of the Phoenix airport).
We recently purchased the home and decorated it with the help of a designer. It has has been freshly painted and newly furnished,giving it a tasteful, up-to-date look. Everything is new -- all new furniture, mattresses & linens!
One of our favorite features of the home is that all four bedrooms are good sizes. There are three bedrooms upstairs: the master bedroom has a king bed with a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; the second bedroom has a choice of one king or two twins, and shares an ensuite with the third bedroom, which has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen bed -- this bedroom is privately situated next to a main floor bathroom.
On the main floor, ceiling heights are expansive lending a spacious, airy feel. The total size of the home is 2600 square feet.
The kitchen/living space is ideal for entertaining. The open-floor-plan kitchen and entertainment area open to the backyard patio with a panoramic view of the golf course. This space is conducive to entertaining and mingling.
The backyard is also more spacious than average with a beautiful expanse of grass that blends seamlessly into the Ocotillo Golf Course. In February 2009 we completed a major pool deck renovation and we added a brand new hot tub and gas fire pit. The heated pool is a good size and looks very attractive and inviting. The backyard comes equipped with BBQ, patio furniture and pool toys/flotation.
You will receive up to 50% off of golf on Ocotillo Golf Course.
The home comes with several conveniences: WIRELESS and WIRED internet access; a gas-line BBQ (no propane tanks required!); washer & dryer; Cable TV's, Stereo surround sound; DVD player; pool table; heated pool; and all the other expected amenities.
We do accept payments by credit card.
Pool heating is an additional $250/week.

Why the Owner Chose Chandler
We love all that the Phoenix area has to offer and our family enjoys golf and the outdoors. We use our vacation home many times throughout the year and our entire extended family often spends Christmas in the area including renting our friends house 5 doors down to accomidate all of us at once.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is located right on the golf course and since we are a corner lot, we have a panoramic view. In our opinion, the only way to vacation in the area is to be staying right on Ocotillo Golf Course. The views are beautiful and it is very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the deck for a cup of coffee early in the morning or a nice glass of wine by the fire pit late in the evening is something we do not get to do in our home town climate.

This rental property was all we hoped for. The layout was perfect and there was plenty of privacy if one wanted it. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool and spa area was so relaxing and the water was crystal clear. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in early morning and watching the sun rise while drinking our coffee and then in the evening just to relax and enjoy each others company. If you want to escape all the worries of daily life this is the place to do it. The location was perfect...close to the 101 and 202 making it easily accessible to other areas of the valley...example South Mountain, Fountain HIlls, Old Scottsdale, downtown Pheonix, Tuscon, Grand Conyon, Sadona and more. There are stores and restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute drive. We also had the baby package included which provided all we needed for our 6 month olds needs. None of us golfed but the golf course was well cared for on a daily basis too if one was interested. All instructions are readily available for everything in the house and if you have a problem or question you can easily get in touch with who can help you. Lastly before going to the store to buy any unperishable foods or items check the cupboard to see what the prior tenants might have left, which is very kind and helpful. We would recommend this rental property to our friends and family and will keep it in mind if our family ever makes the trip to Arizona together again. We really enjoyed it and wished our visit could have been longer.

We have stayed in this house several times over the past few years and are due to visit again soon (May 2010). We have been visiting the area for the past 15years and stayed in a few hotels and villas, this one however is the best we have ever visited, it has every comfort you could need and most importantly it is very secure compared to other properties we have stayed at. the only down side for us is: it is too far away from us as we are from the UK otherwise we would visit more ,

My family and I had a wonderful 30-day stay in Tassan and David's vacation rental property. Indeed, everything in the house was functional, working, and quite more than we expected. We particularly enjoyed the views of the golf course, which was adjacent to the house. The full size pool table in the home was also a plus. The amenities of the house, layout was exactly what was indicated on the owner's website. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Tassan, David, and their property manager (Peggy) were all wonderful to deal with and were helpful in every way. We've vacationed in Arizona every year. But one thing that struck my wife and me that was very positive, everything was clearly marked in the home, even down to the BBQ utensils, and clear instructions for television, DVD, cable use, nearby stores, markets, malls, even the garbage collection (including recycling). Yeah - we were very happy with this property, and would recommend it to anyone who wants simplicity, wonderful views of the golf course, serious swiming, and easy access to most everything, including freeways. We're coming back next year for sure!

Our family rented this house for a week. There were a total of 4 families with lots of kids and there was still room for privacy. We had a great time and enjoyed the house immensely. It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed except groceries. The pool and yard were great. It was close to shopping and conveniently located. We had a very pleasant experience and would rent this house again if needed. Thanks !
