  I would wholeheartedly recommend Mulberry Park as a holiday destination for a large family gathering. The villa is extremely comfortable and the pool area is superb. The children in our party loved the fun zone and the games room when not in the heated pool!! Dee, from the management company, was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. It was lovely to meet Chris and James also and thank you both for letting us call your villa home for nearly 3 weeks. Look forward to doing business with you again sometime!

  The owner, Christine, and property manager, Dee, were a joy to work with. They were very responsive to our needs when we arrived. Our family really loved the home and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I'd highly recommend the Mulberry Park home, although we have our eye on their St George's Manor home for our next family visit in 2014.

  I selected 15 of my favorite people to celebrate my "50" B-Day, and we spent 5 wonderful days at Mulberry Park. This was the first time I had ever stayed at someones home instead of in a Hotel while on vacation. All 16 of us from all over the county, all adults had the time of our lives. The house was even more than we expected, it met all our needs, expectation and some. The house was furnished lovely, very spacious and had more than enough room to accomodate all my guest. The beds were very comfortable even though we did not spend much time sleeping we were all to excited to sleep. The pool was very, very nice and felt very private. There was more than enough seating for eating or just relaxing in the sun. We had planned to do a few outings but the house was so nice no one saw the need to leave, so we spent the entire time at the house. We did all of our own cooking, breakfast, lunch and dinner and had more than enough space to accomodate all the food needed to feed 16 people. The day of the actual celebration, I invited a few more people over that are friends of mine that live in the area and although they lived within driving distance they too would have preferred to stay in the house instead of just visiting for the day. At one point we could not get an Ipod to work thru the speaker system installed in the house and I made one phone call and someone was there within an hour to correct the problem. The customer service was excellent and much appreciated. Christine was a lovely person and dealing with her was a pleasure. The location was great, it was a 5 minute drive to special attractions, resturants, grocery stores and more. I could not have asked for a better location, it was so convenient. By the end of our stay no one wanted to leave so we all agreed we would make it an annual trip to Mulberry Park. I can't wait to start planning our trip for next year. Since I returned home I have spoken to everybody that stayed at the house and they all expessed they had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return to Mulberry Park, and that next year cannot get here fast enough. Mulberry Park, see you next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I live in South Carolina and we flew our children and grandchildren into Florida from Oregon, Pennsylvania and Georgia for a week at Disneyworld. There were 16 of us, 8 grandchildren ranging from 3 to 14. This house was the highlight of our trip. It was spacious, clean and just spectacular. The pool was the hit for the kids. We had some of the kitchen lights that were out, we called and they were replaced within a few hours. The owners are the nicest peoplel. I would highly recommend this house for vacation. Thank you Chris and Jim for sharing your home! I hope to return one day.

  Our family spent a wonderful week over Thanksgiving at Mulberry Park. There were 13 of us in the group and we found the space perfect. The pool and Hot Tub were a hugh hit with everyone. The theater area and pool table room was also perfect. Now all our grandchildren want pool tables at their own homes. Guess they will have to take that up with their parents. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was no shortage of seating. We had company for Thanksgiving Dinner bring the total to 18 and there was plenty of space for everyone. For me having a rental home with such a well supplied kitchen was very appreciated. That has not always been the case at other homes we have rented. The proximity to shopping and the parks was also a bonus. I would recommend Mulberry Park for anyone looking for a lovely home in the Disney World Park area

  My extended family stayed at Mulberry Park, the childrens age range between 4-15yrs. What can I say, absolutely spectacular place, stunning, clean and just want to be back there right now. The owners were more than helpful from start to finish, and answered all questions in very great detail, and provided all the info requested, easy to get to and from the airport and a very safe gated estate. Maintained to a high standard, even during our stay with pool checks and cleaned, and a housekeeper to contact if any problems, a real quality service. We loved everything about this home, just perfect, the pool what a great size, secluded and private. The kids adored their days together by the poolside, the older ones loved the cinema and pool table. It was lovely and close to all the parks, just the perfect alround holiday home, could not fault, everything about it was aaaaaaa+ with quality customer service. Can't wait to come back and will highly recommend a stay here. I know on our leaving they were updating and decorating. I honestly don't know how you could improve. All I can say is wonderful and it made our stay complete to have such a place to return to daily. Thank you very much

  Our extended family have returned from a wonderful holiday and all thanks to Christine & James for their beautiful home Mulberry Park and service second to none. The house is far larger than seems from the photographs. When we arrived we were truly amazed. WOW WOW WOW was our first impression on arrival at this fabulous villa for two weeks. It is luxurious yet has a homely, friendly feel. The bedrooms are gorgeous and the beds sublime. The kids adored the theme rooms and found something different in the murals every night. Hard to believe such talent. The whole house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The laundry is superb, everyone loved the spacious games room and cinema, the boys liked the cards room. Two lounges with plenty of comfortable seating. There is even an office area. The pool area is just fabulous, a huge pool, no fights for sunbeds. There are good views and a very large garden but very private. We felt very safe in the cul de sac with no passing traffic. Our daughter has declared she wants to get married around the pool one day. We don't need much of an excuse to return! It was quite a pull to leave the house to visit the theme parks which are very close but it was easy to come back for a meal and swim before returning to the parks. Once you have paid for parking you can drive to any park and return at will. We enjoyed many of the restaurants nearby, something for every taste and style, and shopped at Win Dixie and Publix. We couldn't imagine a better location yet FG has a country feel The management were very efficient with a small problem with the AC, a real credit to the owners. A big thank you to the owners, we will be recommending Mulberry Park to all our friends.

  I do not normally write reviews or "tweet" nor am I on "facebook" can't be bothered by all that. However I thought I must write a few words about our stay at Mulberry Park. Being our 15th time to Orlando and having stayed in numerous villias & hotels such as Hyatt Grand Cypress and old Wyndham now a Marriot hotel i believe, I have to say that this villa was the best by far. All rooms spotless, pool wonderfull etc. Our family and friends who are all adults found plenty space and the proximity to the parks (yes we still go at our age) was excellent! The men played golf at Celebration course a couple of times which was excellent and the manager was a Scot so cheap rates for us, for something different Orlando Balloon rides was amazing but expensive for the 10 of us. Our group enjoyed Mulberry park so much that after a week (all we booked it for) we sent our children (youngest 23) back home and the 4 parents extended our holiday by booking a cruise. which was just as good as the villa we stayed in. Only one minor thing was a welcome pack which we have recieved at other villas would have been appreciated, its a nice touch, ie some milk, tea & coffee plus perhaps a few biscuits etc would be nice, does not cost much and is appreciated. Overall excellent would definately go back.

  I along with my family 15 in total stayed at the villa for two weeks in October, The family ranged in age from 7 to 83 and the villa was suited to everyone. We found the villa to be just as we expected from the description with all the rooms clean and well presented. whilst the weather was warm we still found the extra cost of getting the pool heated very worth while. There were small things that went wrong such as the pool lights not working but the staff were so approachable and nothing seemed to be a trouble. From first contact with the owners Chris and Jim speaking to their son at the villa and the maintainence staff were all very helpful and the customer service excellent. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone it is close to all the ammenities yet very peaceful. The local shops and restaurants have all you need and cater for most tastes. From the first night we went out it good to remember to leave at least the light at the front door on ready for your return.

  Our family of 16 aged from 60+ to two 2 year olds had a really lovely 2 week holiday at Mulberry Park last month. The house was absolutely immaculate, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The large pool was enjoyed by everyone. We had arranged to have it heated which I think was wise despite temperatures of around 87F. We also arranged to have a mid-let clean. It was nice to arrive home to a clean and tidy house for which we must thank the lovely couple who carry out the cleaning service. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. The house is in an excellent position, being very close to all the Disney parks and within easy reach of Universal Studios and Sea World etc. Between us we managed to visit all the parks and the more daring in our party managed all the big rides in every park. We all enjoyed getting around and visiting variious places. We went to the beach twice, both to Daytona Beach and Clearwater. We also visited Downtown Disney, Old Town Kissimmee, Celebration, shopping outlets, Gatorland, Kennedy Space Centre and Mount Dora where there is a small, but very interesting,museum. We can recommend eating out at the Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse and enjoyed the experience of 'all you can eat' at the Golden Corrall (this was a big hit with the children). Our favourite supermarkets were the local one at Formosa Gardens (although it was a bit more expensive) and Publix, a short drive away. Lastly, we must pay tribute to the owners for all their help and support when we found we could not fly home for 2 weeks due to the Icelandic volcano. Unfortunately, we could not remain at Mulberry Park but they found us another villa about a mile or so away. This was very much appreciated by all of us.
