This is a one year old, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath condo, and located beach block, close to Morey's Pier, Water Park and more!

Featuring upgraded kitchen with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony with furniture, outside shower, two car garage parking and much more!

Boardwalk and ocean only steps away. Beach has lifeguard and it's not the long walk to the water like it is in the center of Wildwood.

We have tried to think of everything to make your visit comfortable and easy: We've added HBO, beach chairs, umbrella, board games and DVD's plus much more.

Condo is on the first floor, with just a few steps to walk up.

This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER.

Bedrooms all have queen beds; third bedroom also has bunk beds. Master bedroom has private bath. Large closets in all rooms. Locked storage closet in garage to keep all your beach items.

Washer and dryer in separate laundry room.

NOTE: We rent to families and adults only. No senior weeks, proms or spring breakers. Must be 25 or older to rent.

July 25th - Aug 15th  = $2100/week
Aug 22th - Sept 30th  =  $1500/week
Sept 6th  Sept 30th =  $280 a night.  Min. 2 night rental
SPECIAL - Weekends from Oct through March $175 a night.
Security Deposit of $250.00 - Can pay through PAYPAL
