Ritzy Rabbit is a newly constructed villa that is absolutely perfect for your vacation. Enjoy the enclosed heated in-ground pool and spa or take a short walk to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. The villa is conveniently located just five and a half blocks from the beach and not far from the NEW Uptown, Mercato. Mercato is the newest HOT SPOT in Naples with dining, shops, Bars, Movies, and nightlife. It features a Whole Foods Market and Books a Million. Ritzy Rabbit is not far from golf courses, tennis courts, movie theaters, nature preserves, the zoo. A short walk to beautiful Delnor-Wiggins State Park on the beach takes only about 15 minutes, or grab a bike and be there in just a few minutes, (we provide Delnor-Wiggins State Park Pass for free entry and parking at the beach). Dining on the Beach at the Ritz Carlton, LaPlaya or the Turtle Club is a treat you won't want to miss.
Ritzy Rabbit is a beautifully furnished, five bedroom home and includes a separate cabana as the 5th room,(sleeps ten) three full baths, two half baths, great room . The kitchen is truly gourmet, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, etc. This two-story home boasts a beautiful Master Suite on the main floor, with a King bed, walk-in closet with safe, large bath with shower and over-sized tub. Glass doors open to the walled courtyard, pool, and spa.
Across the courtyard in our cabana are private guest quarters with a kitchenette, full bath, and a private entry.
Our rental manager will leave wine and cheese for you upon arrival. Our guest book will guide you to the grocery stores, abundant shops, movies, and activities, dining and night spots. Need more information? Our rental manager will be happy to give you our favorite restaurants and a few only the locals know about.
Our Villa is wonderful for family vacations. The separate cabana is great for the grandparents, that teenager, or the newlyweds. The upstairs with three bedrooms makes this a great area for children. A TV/DVD allows them to have their own space. The award winning beach, spectacular sunsets, heated pool and spa, and spacious accommodations, make this perfect for a family vacation.

My husband Ron and I purchased this home because we fell in love with it. The floor plan, the way the living room opens to the pool and Lanai, the spa, the separate cabana room, and the proximity to the beach, all make it a perfect vacation home. I grew up in Naples, and have always considered it home away from home. Ron and I were married here, and spent our first years together in Naples. We have always made this our family vacation spot. Our entire family loves the weather, the relaxing atmosphere, and the proximity to shops, activities and of course the beach. Each year we spend more time here, feel healthier here, and hope to make it our home again soon.

Boasting over one hundred golf courses, arts venues, water sports, a water park, shopping, dining, and nature preserves, Naples has something for everyone. Ritzy Rabbit is conveniently located. It is close to all the essential shops and pharmacies, as well as groceries, Whole Foods, and Sam's Club. North of our home in Vanderbilt Beach is one of the largest malls in America, Coconut Pointe Mall. Miramar is a wonderful outlet mall also just minutes north of us. We are just 25 minutes from Regional Southwest International Airport in Ft. Myers. To our south is the Philharmonic Center for the Arts, Waterside Shops, Fifth Ave. and Third Street.

We enjoyed our trip to Naples so much, the house was much bigger than we expected. Which was great because our children and our grandchildren were all here for our youngest daughter's wedding. We had 10 adults and 3 small toddlers and we had plenty of room and bathrooms. We loved all the things that were available to us, high chairs, baby beds, double stroller, loved the bikes, sand toys, coolers. We needed nothing, it was all there. The pool, hot tub and patio was fantastic, we used the pool everyday and night .We would come back here again anytime. Thank you Ron and Kathy.

Our families had a lovely time. The children so enjoyed the pool. The moms enjoyed the washer and dryer! Everything was very convenient, so close to the water. We hope to come back again next year.

This house was wonderful! Our families has so much fun swimming in the pool, going to the beach, and just relaxing. Our son's wedding was perfect on the beach and everyone had so many activities to attend. This place felt so much like home at the end of the day! Thank you for the Park Pass which we used twice a day to go to the beach and all that you provided in the house. We will definitely be back!

Ritzy Rabbit Rocks! Can't beat ringing in the new year poolside. Great vacation with lots of beach time, hot tub, uno games, Wii bowling tournaments, and going to bed exhausted from doing nothing. Back to reality today. 9 degrees in Kansas City. Thanks for the perfect house. Happy 2010!
