The 2 bedroom, self catered apartment, completely renovated in 2006 is situated at two stops away from the highest tower of Paris, Tour Montparnasse, very close to the popular street of Rue d'Alesia... numerous fashion boutiques, restaurants, stores and 2 supermarkets nearby.

It measures about 55m² and is located on the street level, ground floor of a quiet one way street. All the bedrooms face the courtyard. It is COMPLETELY RENOVATED in April 2006. All windows are double glazed (anti-breakage and totally sound proof).

Living room and kitchen:
Fully equipped open concept kitchen and bar> The living area has a sofa bed for 2 persons, a 3 seater sofa, a flat screen TV, side tables and 2 large closets.

2 bedrooms :
- The 1st has a queen size bed for 2.
- The 2nd has 2 single beds that may be put together to form a double bed
- The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2.
- The single sofa by the side maybe used to sleep a child.
- There are closets in every room.

The bathroom has a bathtub fitted with a glass panel for shower in the tub, a wash basin. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The kitchen and other amenities:
- an electric cooker with 4 burners,
- an oven cum micro-wave,
- a family size refrigerator,
- a dish washer
- a coffee maker, toaster, water boiler
- a clothes washer, without dryer. There is a hanging rack.
- hair dryer
- a complete set of cooking utensils and crockery. Good stinless steel cooking pots.
- Free local and LD telephone service (to some 50 countries, including North America, EEC, Australia and SE Asia), high speed internet via ethernet or wifi (bring your laptop).

Strong points:
Nearby the apartment, there are 2 big supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Or enjoy the daily open-air market in the morning at just 5 mins away. Lots of fashion shops and restaurants. Very pleasant neighborhood.

- Direct line to Eurostar station (Gare du Nord)
- Direct line by RER to the airports from Denfert Rochereau (2 stops from here)

The total weekly rent includes all taxes, internet connection, and utility charges Telephone bills outside the internet line (if any) will be billed separately. The guest takes care of the daily cleaning of the flat and ensures that it is returned in its original condition.

We provide linen and towels but not toiletries like soap or shampoo.

Metro station :
The nearby metro station Alesia (line 4) and buses take you to the Latin district in just 12-15 minutes (direct line) or Metro Plaisance line 13 goes to the Champs Elysees in 20 minutes.

Air France bus takes you to and flo CDG Roissy Airport at Montparnasse and Denfert Rocherreau to Orly Airport or by RER line.

  • We are very satisfied with this appartment. The district is very quiet and there are shops and supermarkets near the appartment. It is well comunicated with turist visits. Está de puta madre, estuvimos 4 adultos y dos peques y la verdad es que el viaje resultó mucho más comodo que en cualquier hotel. El apartamento es muy agradable, tiene de todo. Es una planta baja y la zona es muy tranquila, fenomenal para dormir después de una dura jornada. Cerquita tienes supermercados, croisanterías y todo a tutiplen. Muy recomendable.

  • My family and I had a fantastic vacation here this past August. The apartment was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Musee de l'Armee and Invalides which was very nice and half a block from the metro station for easy access to everywhere else. My wife and I enjoyed a number of lovely restaurants nearby and my son and his friend loved the loft bed and large plasma t.v.. We bought fresh fruit and other items at the local morning market and fresh bread at the numerous bakeries. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for four and provided easy access to everywhere we wanted to go in Paris. The apartment was also very safe and secure. We would not hesitate to return to this superb accomodation. Highly recommended.

  • We were very satisfied with our stayed for 4 days in April 8 to 12 2008. Ms Lebrand is very helpful and easy to deal with. We were 7 persons: 2 adults and five children and the apartment was very comfortable. It is very well equipped and everything works well. The heating was very good and the place was very clean. The street is very quiet and it is located in a pleasant neighborhood. It is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the metro stop and not far from the centre. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the property.

  • We just came back from this wonderful Paris flat! The design of the flat made it manageable for 6 ladies to get around. It was really clean, very quiet and about a 10 minute walk to the metro. WE LOVED the bakery on the corner and the great little shops on the way to the metro. We appreciated the added bonus to call back home to Canada FREE OF CHARGE. WE did take a cab back one night from downtown and it was only $15 Euros. We would stay there again in a minute. Liz JT

  • We stayed five nights in this beautiful apartment during November 2006. Everything related with the apartment met or exceeded our expectations. It was very nicely furnished, clean and very well equipped. The location was very nice in a calm area of Paris, but still close to Metro, buses and local shopping. The landlady, Ms Lebrand, was also very pleasant as well as helpful and helped making our Paris trip a success. We stayed two adults and two teenagers and had plenty of room. So it would be no problem to add a couple of more people. If we return to Paris again in the future we would definately try to stay here again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  • We stayed at Ms Lebrand's apartment in Rue Furtado Heine for 4 days in January 2007 and were very satisfied. She is very pleasant and easy to deal with. We were 7 persons: 4 adults and three children and it was very comfortable. The pictures in the website show the apartment as it is so we were not disappointed. It is very well equipped and everything works well. THe heating was very good and the place was very clean. The street is very quiet and it is located in a pleasant neighbourhood. It is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the metro stop and not far from the centre (ile de la cité). We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the property.
