Rent for the night, a private, 2500 square foot, 'yacht' with Four (4) Bedrooms having King-size Beds and large private full-size bathrooms. Individual rooms are climate controlled and have two large windows overlooking the intracoastal waterway and a beautiful Island. The rooms are more like a Hotel room than a boat stateroom.
Second Deck has a beautiful large Lounge with 'large-screen TV' and a magnificent sit down 'Mahogany Bar' and outside fan tail deck with two tables and chairs. You have the use of the Galley(Kitchen) and all its utensils.
'Third Deck' features a circle Bar with chairs and covered canopy as well as a large area for sunbathing.
Unit rents by number of rooms needed and nights needed.
Fall 2011 special is $175.00 per Kingsize bedroom per night.This includes the entire vessel which includes the lounge, Kitchen, bar and top deck. There is a two bedroom minimum.
View a most magnificant sunset from the top deck with your favorite person while enjoying a refreshing drink. Romance lives on the Charlestonian. The view from the Charlestonian is unbelivable as you look across the expansion of water, marches and Islands with the feeling that you are on your own private island.
The romance of the Charlestonian continues with beautiful beaches at Hunting Island and the carriage ride tours of magnificant homes in Beaufort, only 6 miles away. Also, Beaufort's waterfront downtown area has many restaurents, clubs with bands and unique shops.
You have many choices of activites, such as cruising in you large boatell, or water activies with the small 95 HP runabout boat, or playing Golf, fishing, and crabbing.
At the dock, there is this unique island restaurant called Sweetgrass.
Our Staff is available to provide you with information on all the surrounding areas and to help in organizing any special activities.

Owner Description
Estah and I (Ted) decided, to do something really different. We designed and built the Charlestonian. When we are on board, we have our private quarters and operate the business end of the Charlestonian while living on board.
Why the Owner Chose Beaufort
The Charlestonian allows us to vacate wherever we move to boat to. At this time we are enjoying the beautiful resort of Dataw/
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
While we give our quests privacy, we do enjoy meeting people from all over the country. It's a unique experience to work on the Charlestonian. It's more of a family or community feeling then a business. We are very lucky. As we are growing older, we know we must find someone else to fill our role and enjoy the many benefits of this unique business.

I have three grown children whom I rarely get to have all together in one place, at one time. A weekend retreat on the Charlestonian was absolutely the most wonderful solution. It’s a gorgeous yacht, beautifully decorated and provided the most wonderful atmosphere not to mention the most fantastic sunset I have ever seen. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to get away for a few days or longer if possible. You will not want to leave. It is truly 5 Star in my book!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

One word sums up the entire experience, exceptional. Our family and friends are still raving. The yacht was truly beautiful. The food presentation was first class. More importantly, the services provided by you and your crew made the trip a success. I cannot say enough.
