The rooftop terrace offers 360-degree views of the Parroquia and downtown San Miguel. Sit on the rooftop and watch the sun go down behind the mountains and the lights of the city come on.
The home features a covered outdoor living space or sala with beautiful fountain, outdoor terrace and small garden. The living/dining area opens onto this outdoor space via two sets of French doors. Open them up and invite the outdoors in almost year round. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms attached and also open onto a shared balcony. From the balcony you can contemplate the beauty of the mountains surrounding SMA. The house has gated parking and a small terrace in front.
San Miguel is a charming colonial Mexican town with lots of things to do and see. The house is located very close to an authentic Mexican market and a bus passes nearby every 15 minutes enroute to downtown San Miguel. The city abounds in good restaurants and shopping. Nearby there are natural hot springs, horseback riding and sightseeing opportunities.
This house is priced to attract a long term renter who would like to make San Miguel a temporary home away from home. We are no longer accepting rentals of less than one month. With over 2000 square feet and all new appliances, this house is a bargain for the long term renter. You won't find anything to compare in all of SMA.

Maid service available at an extremely reasonable rate. Property manger available for any situation. He is only a phone call away and very handy,trustworthy and personable. My parents live in SMA and are also available to give advice on restaurants, local activities, where to buy, emergency situations etc...
