The house is located on Lake Travis in Lago Vista, Texas. Lago Vista is on north side of Lake Travis, which now is less than 30 minutes from Austin now that the NEW HWY 183 TOLL ROAD IS COMPLETED.
Large three bedroom, two and half bath, Lake Travis waterfront home with detached gameroom. This beautiful home sleeps up to eight (8) people and is situated right on the best part of Lake Travis.
Property enjoys 2 slip boat dock. Although owner utilizes both slips for their use during summer, the dock is large enough that a boat or waverunners can tie off on the side. There is also second story sunbathing deck with bench seat over the boat slips to watch the incredible sunsets over the park directly across lake from our house.
Our decks looks out onto the very private, high cliffs of Paleface Park (also known as Pace Bend Park). The house is very private and located at the end of a cul-de-sac street. The lake view and house location enjoy a private, very peaceful setting. Sitting on the deck watching the sunset is an absolutely breathtaking sight that you will not soon forget!
The main house is two-story. First floor enjoys two bedrooms 1) the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and bath with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. 2) second bedroom hosts two sets of bunk beds that sleeps 4 people. The second floor or upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a den area with sofa. This den area is usually where the kids set up their gaming equipment. Den area also has incredible view of lake.
The living room and master are equipped with a TV with VCR/DVD player and/or cable. Home is also equipped with wireless high-speed internet.
A detached gameroom is located below main house and is equipped with stand alone bar area and ping-pong table. A gas grill is located on level with ping pong area along with an outdoor seating and table area.
Fully-equipped, open kitchen having blender, toaster, microwave and other items to assist with your cooking needs. There is plenty of room for comfortable inside dining. The main dining table seats 8 and we've added a childrens table in area that accomodates up to 4 children.
The lakehouse enjoys both a short concrete walkway and rock stairs from the house down toward the lake and floating dock.

We could not have been happier with '"just chillin'" for our girls' trip to Lake Travis. The house was immaculate and well represented by the photos. The living area was very comfortable and well arranged. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more) and perfectly organized. But, of course, our favorite spot was the deck - where we dined every evening surrounded by beautiful sunsets - and had coffee every morning - serenaded by cooing doves. We "girls" are 58+, have known each other since Kindergarten and love taking our annual trip. We will remember this one as one of our favorites!

Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay. Best vacation that my friends and I can remember. The house was immaculate, and the views from the deck were spectacular. Plenty of restaurants nearby by land and water. Swimming from the private boat dock and enjoying the sunsets from the patios were the highlights of the trip. Fantastic having a BBQ on the lower patio with the game room, and a great kitchen upstairs. We really lacked for nothing except wanting to stay longer. Description was accurate, the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!!!!

The kids and I really enjoyed your house. We had no idea the lake was so close to the back yard. Quite an improvement over the sheer cliffs on other Lake Travis properties we had stayed at previously. The house was very homey and comfortable and private. The girls loved watching the deer out the windows. Thanks again and we will be booking again soon.

We stayed here over the weekend before July 4 and can't say enough great things about it! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and in a great location on Lake Travis. We're even looking into reserving it again in September, we were so pleased. I can't recommend it enough.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is as well as the current owners!! The house itself is beautiful, in a perfect location & is great for all ages. The owners worked so hard to provide us with an unforgettable experience & that's exactly what we got! If you're looking for the perfect vacation spot this is it!!!!
