              Year Purchased: 2013

              About the owner: After raising our children in Minnesota we decided to pick up and leave the cold behind. In 2005 we relocated to Cape Coral, FL. We fell in love with the area and after a few years decided to buy another home on our street to use for visiting guests and a vacation rental. After that went so well we continued purchasing homes to use for vacationers and now own two homes and a condo at Cape Harbour Marina all available for rentals. We are often home just down the street and available to help with any emergencies that might arise. If we are unavailable we have a great handyman and cleaning service to help out in a pinch.

              Why the Owner Chose Porto Vista:
              This property is located in one of the best areas of SW Cape Coral FL. We are right on the water and walking distance to great shops, restaurants and boutiques.
