ROYAL PALMS

A very luxurious private and romantic villa, 300 ft. from the beach, with extraordinary views and large, well appointed suites. Owned by an interior designer, nothing is less than perfection in this Two Million Dollar property. Sited on almost an acre in extensively landscaped tropical gardens, the setting is ideal for a very private visit or a romantic honeymoon.

Central to the villa is a very spacious living room with separate dining area, powder room, fully-equipped Sub Zero, Asko, kitchen, and an over-sized screen porch that is furnished for both lounging and dining. The two bedroom suites are located on either side of the mail pavillion.

All rooms are air conditioned!!! Bedrooms have king beds, and large baths with oversized showers en suite. Each room opens with French doors onto the views, pool, gardens, and trade winds, and all are connected by a wide covered gallery furnished for both lounging and dining.

  • This place is a Luxurious Tropical Paradise! My hysband and I went there for our Honeymoon and it was a dream come true! The views were unbelieveble! The privacy was such a treat! The people on the island were so pleasant and helpful. I love to cook and with the great open space kitchen it was truely special to cook for myself and my husband in paradise! The pool was a favorite spot for us! If you want a truely luxurious magical get away I would recommend going here! We are hoping to go back for our 5 year wedding anniversary!

  • Royal Palms was the PERFECT location to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! The pictures on the website don't begin to reflect how beautiful this home is with the most spectacular views that you can imagine. While we never felt unsafe on the island, the gated community was a nice "extra" and the guards at the entrance were always so friendly and helpful with directions as needed. We rented a car and enjoyed going to the many fun places on the island. We visited many of the restaurants that you recommended and they were all outstanding. My husband played golf at the Buccaneer Bay Resort and thorougly enjoyed himself (I just rode in the cart and enjoyed the amazing scenery!)Our favorite place on the island was Royal Palms where we could enjoy the privacy of the beautiful pool or enjoy the gorgeous decor of the home while watching a movie or a football game. The gardens on the grounds of the villa were spectacular and add to the beauty of the property. Thank you again for such a lovely time. I wouldn't change a thing about your paradise home!!

  • Bonnie, WHAT A PLACE!!! Thank you for extending your spectacular home to us last week. We had a great time! I’m just sorry it’s taken me this long to get there. I had a lot of fun exploring your little slice of paradise. We got to see and do a lot of stuff – to include the many restaurants you recommended (all great choices!), plus the Whim Museum, the Botanical Gardens, the Cruzan Rum Distillery, Point Udell, The Buccaneer, downtown Christiansted and F’sted, and others. We also swam in the ocean and in your pool EVERY day. It was a vacation for the ages, and very restful to boot. I only have fond memories of my stay on “Holy Cross” and at the (very) Royal Palms. Jim

  • My Sister In-Law/Best Friend Lee wrote nice comments in the book in the house from all of us, however, I just wanted to also state just how much we loved the house. Everyone was in agreement, Royal Palms was the best vacation rental in our combined travel history. The pictures were stunning but when you actual see the house you are blown away. We all felt so at home as soon as we arrived. The owner has a special gift for designing and decorating the perfect living environment. St Croix is beautiful and Royal Palms is spectacular. Thanks so much to Bonnie the owner for the wonderful experience. Here's the down side...You will be spoiled for every other vacation you ever take because you will compare it to the Royal Palms in St Croix Robin

  • Bonnie, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. Elizabeth and I had the best vacation of our lives at Royal Palms! This was our delayed honeymoon, and I can't think of any way that it could have been better. Obviously, we were struck by the incredible views from the Galley and all the rooms in the house. We also loved the privacy and how well-appointed the home is. We are taking some of your decorating ideas home to our island home at Bald Head Island, NC. (Loved the large grass fans.) The granite counter tops throughout the home are a very nice touch. We can't say enough about this place. You truly have a little piece of paridise at Royal Palms. The island was also wonderfully slow-paced during this time of year. We took time to take a horseback ride through the rain forrest, toured Buck Island, had a massuese come to the home for relaxing massages on the galley, cruised the island, went snorkeling at the Buccaneer, shopped in Christianstead, visited Cruzean Rum factory, etc. I also went diving at the wall at Cane Bay (gorgeous water and aquatic life). Charlie was terrific and made sure we were completely comfortable. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this incredible home.
