  This property was perfect for our family of 4. A short 5 minute walk and we were aboard the Gondola. Linda could not have been more accomodating. Checked in with us periodically to make certain everything was in working order or to see if we had any issues. We had none. The Terraces feel exclusive due to its smaller number of units - never having to share the community hot tub/pool with multiple people made for a serene soak. Our teen daughters loved the bunk-beds! Linda had several age appropriate DVD's in the entertainment center and we enjoyed watching the movies next to the comfy fireplace after a long day on the slopes. The unit is exactly as described only better due to its pristine location and the attentiveness of the owners. Underground parking was a bonus. However, the biggest bonus of all was the slope side storage locker than comes with the rental. For those that ski with children, this ammenity is priceless. Easily held 4 sets of skis, poles, and the girls' boots. Not having to lug the equipment back/forth each day or wait in line for a rental locker was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked making eating in an enjoyment. The washer/dryer in the unit is an addition that should not go unnoticed. We did not use the private shuttle to the slopes that is available - found it just as easy to walk although nice to know the shuttle was there if we wanted it. We fully intend to lease this unit the next time we ski in Steamboat. Susan K.

  Perfect for our family of 4! A great deal with great amenities. Great beds. Linda checked in with us often to make sure everything was perfect. The shuttle was fabulous. Quiet building. Friendly people everywhere in this community and town. Thank you for working with us and our needs. An A+ rating, would definitely stay again.

  We went to Steamboat for a convention, but brought the kids to ski. We wanted a condo close enough that we wouldn't need to rent a car, or lug equipment back & forth each day. This condo comes with a locker at the base of the mountain for your stuff. VERY handy. The kids loved the hot tub & heated pool that was available 24/7. We enjoyed having a little grocery store close enough to walk to. It was rather expensive, but convenient. We did not utilize the free shuttle service, but if we had stayed longer I think we would have. Linda was so nice & easy to work with. We were supposed to arrive on a Saturday, but due to a blizzard & flight cancellations, didn't arrive until Sunday. She offered the condo free for an extra day. We couldn't stay another day, but the offer was above & beyond what we expected! The condo is clean & cozy, the beds comfy. The fireplace was nice after a day of skiing. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you need. The building is secure & has underground heated parking if you have a vehicle. We felt very much at home here & would probably stay again if we go back to Steamboat.

  Rental setup was made very easy by the owner, who also provided a wealth of information in advance of travel and was an easy-to-reach resource for any questions in advance. The unit itself was everything and more, as described & pictured! My children loved the bunk beds (age 4 & 9)! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed & more. The unit was close enough to walk to the base/gondola area if you didn't want to ride the shuttle. There is a small grocery store/market that is very close to walk to. The included storage locker @ the base was a true blessing, as the four of us were able to store all of our gear. Overall, my family fell in love with Steamboat & can't wait to return. This unit met & exceeded all of our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

  Linda - Our family enjoyed our weekend getaway at your condo in Steamboat. We make two trips a year and try to stay the first week in February near the slopes. Your condo in the Terraces at Eagle Ridge was in a great location with an easy walk to the gondola and within steps of our favorite Mexican restaurant, La Montana. The unit itself was well decorated and comfortable for our family of four. Our kids (7 & 10) loved the bunks and took turns in the top bunk. The underground parking was convenient and a great warm place to unload and load our vehicle. We found the living room and dining areas to be perfectly sized and furnished for our stay and were always comfortable and had plenty of space to move around. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the unit to others, especially families with younger kids.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close and easy walk to the Gondola especially for our 11 and 9 year old. The ski locker made all the difference. It was toasty warm with the fireplace. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening and the underground parking was nice. The place is furnished nicely and was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very nice and prompt and helped us when we lost our keys off the top of the car. The only thing I missed was my own pillow.

  We had a fabulous time staying in this property, all of the amentities that we needed were available. It was a little warm during the day (outside temperatures were 95-100) but did cool down in the evening. The fans in the rooms were a huge help. The pool area was phenomenal, except the gentlemen that came by to kick us out at 10pm was less than friendly - but we understood. Location was close to everything that we needed. We would definitely visit and use the property again. Steamboat has a lot of charm!
