Beautiful, Ranch-Style Home decorated Southwestern-Style and is situated on two and a half acres surrounded by Aspens and Pine Trees in a beautiful mountain setting. The home is 1900 Sq Ft. so large enough to accommodate (6) comfortably. If you are ready to get away from the hustle and bustle of your job, city life, and traffic, Florissant Colorado is the place to come if you want a true Colorado Mountain Vacation.

The home has a large Kitchen with beautiful oak cabinets and all the major conveniences of home and a breakfast nook to enjoy your morning coffee. The Kitchen is fully equipped. Also, Enjoy the convenience of having a large capacity washer & dryer . This home also offers a Large Master Bedroom with a King-size Bed. Large Private Bath (with a large Garden Tub to soak in ) and a separate shower-stall. Vanity includes Hollywood Lighting and Large Mirror. You will have a large walk-in closet and On the other side of the home enjoy two more bedrooms with Queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses, Large closets, and chest of drawers with night stand and your own private bath. The Living room includes an oversized couch and loveseat, so while you are drinking your glass of wine you will have a cozy wood burning fireplace to sit by. You will also have 32 Inch Sony Television with satellite connection, DVD and VCR.

During the day enjoy a country-style barbecue that you will cook on a Large Smoker Grill and dine on a 6 piece Patio Set surrounded by wildlife and mountain views or in the evening roast marsh mellows by the campfire with Family and Friends. For your convenience you will have a Grocery Store and Gas Station just five minutes away!

Pets are Welcome! Large dogs have the convenience of a large fenced area with a large insulated dog house. Small pets are also welcome but we do ask that special care & attentions are given inside and outside the home.

Area Attractions: Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs are only 45 minutes away - Enjoy Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods (Horseback Riding), Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs (shopping and quaint restaurants), Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in the great Broadmoore area, and for the kids there is Santa's North Pole.

Florissant Fossil Beds National Forest - ten minute drive - Hundreds of acres to Hike, Picnic, or Hunt on Horseback (Seasonal Only).

Cripple Creek- Old Gold Mining Town) - 15 minute drive - enjoy gambling seven days a week and affordable dining.

Eleven-Mile Reservoir- 15 minute drive - Enjoy this exquisite Lake surrounded by Mountain Beauty. If you enjoy Fishing or Boating this is the place to go or if you just want to relax and enjoy a picnic surrounded by magnificent views.

Wolf Habitat - Florissant Area - Come see these magnificent animals- in their own habitat.

Woodland Park - The City Above the Clouds - 20 minute drive - Enjoy shopping and the Pre-Historic Museum.

The Royal Gorge Bridge - 45 minute drive to the Highest Bridge in Colorado - Horseback Riding - Western Towns - Helicopter Rides and Whitewater Rafting.

Buena Vista - one hour and 45 minute drive - This a daytrip - Hot Springs Anyone! Enjoy and relax in a river surrounded by Hot Springs and two Large Outside Swimming Pools. Take a drive to Beautiful Cottonwood Lake - Only minutes from Buena Vista.

Leadville - two hour drive - Enjoy snowskiing and snowmobiles at Sun Cooper. Great rates and slopes.
