For the pleasure and comfort of our guests we have just installed NEW FLAT SCREEN TV’s in the living and bedroom with CD players, iPod-MP3 connection on the living room stereo and an iHome clock/radio in the bedroom.

LOOKING FOR STRESS RELIEF? MEMORIES? ROMANCE? TIRED OF TRYING TO SLEEP TO THE "RECORDED" SOUND OF SURF? How about the real thing! SLEEP BETTER with the soothing sounds of the ocean just 50ft away, lounge and sun by the sparkling blue pool at the edge of the ocean (NOT ALL ARE). Smell the fresh sea breeze. Photograph the sunset every evening to remember them all...Never a repeat show!

THIS IS A DIRECT OCEANFRONT CONDO, not just an oceanfront PROPERTY or OCEANVIEW condo. NO leaning over the railing or walking to the lanai to see the ocean, open the door and for the first five minutes all you will see is the STUNNING OCEAN VIEW from Molokai to Lanai.

OUR GUESTS ARE DELIGHTED AND THRILLED WATCHING AND SNORKELING WITH GREEN SEA TURTLES STRAIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CONDO. DURING WHALE SEASON NOTHING COMPARES TO THE FRONT ROW SEAT TO THE "WHALE GAMES".

With a complete kitchen, ample towels and beach towels, tvs with dvd player in the living area AND bedroom, wireless internet, beach chairs and rolling cooler, you will truly be comfortable in our “home away from home”. In the kitchen under the counter is a combination WASHER/DRYER, perfect for small loads of personal items. BBQ’s and laundry facilities are also on site.

On the north end of Kaanapali Beach our condo is well located FIVE minutes from Whalers Village and Kaanapali Resort and TEN minutes from either Lahaina or Kapalua. You can forget the hustle and bustle of the Resort scene if you wish while still being only a few minutes away from dining, night life, first class golf, shopping, sailing, shows and all the other activities that make Maui “No ka oi” the best.

A nice low rise building of only 42 units, Kulakane is very quiet and intimate. Parking is a breeze right in front of the condo which is on the 2nd floor. Your lanai and condo are private.
Sunset is announced every evening by the blowing of the conch shells, (two in your unit to participate with) and if you are fortunate enough to be here Friday night don’t miss the no host “pupu” event by the pool (no obligation to attend). Make your favorite, pick up something at the store or just cut up fresh fruit from the farmers market and mingle with your new friends. Share your favorite adventures and learn of some new ones. Maui has too many activities to be enjoyed on just one trip, so we are sure that you will make this spot one to be enjoyed on an annual basis.

  • We just loved our stay at your condo at the Kulakane. It was the perfect romantic place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The view from the lanai is spectacular. Being so close to the ocean and watching the whales, turtles and surfers was truly entertaining....the most relaxing vacation we have had. The suite is very nicely decorated and extremely clean, and all the extras that are provided (beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc.) come in so handy. We really liked that the suite and the lanai are so private and that the complex and grounds are so well kept. The location is excellent, close to everything. We are definitely looking forward to returning here next year. Thanks again.

  • We just got back from an awesome two week stay at your condo. We enjoyed every minute of it. It was our second year staying with you and it felt like we were coming home. The place was perfect, very clean, well kept up and had everything we needed( including a backgammon game and fishing pole!) The turtles out front were fun to watch from the lanai and the snorkeling was a blast. See you next year, thanks

  • We really enjoyed our week at the property. We loved the view of the ocean, the neighboring islands and the turtles. We enjoyed that the condo came with everything we needed, i.e. beach chairs, kitchen, fridge, wireless internet. We would recommend it to anyone, and would return if we come back to Maui!

  • This condo was wonderful. We were able to lay in bed and here the waves crashing all night. The king size bed was so comfy you just sank in. We loved watching the turtles in morning with our coffee sitting on the lanai. The location was great and being so close to the water. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am glad we stayed here and not at a resort. This condo had everything you needed like beach towels,boogie boards, coolers, beachbags, snorkel gear, beachchairs, fishing pole and even lai's for the luau. We will stay again in a heart beat.

  • The minute we stepped into the condo, we could smell the fresh clean towels and we were greeted by the soothing sounds of the ocean waves just 50 feet away. It was wonderful and one of the cleanest rental places I've been in. There was every conceivable household item available to make this a home away from home like the pack of ice, condiments, cooking utensils and serving plates. Beach gear was available too such as beach chairs, boogie boards and mats. I am definitely coming back to this rental. It's a keeper.

  • This condo is everything it was promised to be. Great location, great amenities and a great view! We became comfortable very quickly. As other comments mentioned, the Condo is well stocked with everything you would require for your stay including coolers, a boogie board and driving guide CD's for your trips to Hana and Haleakala. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the Lanai, 50' from the water. The owner was very helpful and considerate when some Condo. maintenance threatened to inconvenience our stay. After we left this condo we moved to a resort hotel for a couple of days just for the experience and we were sorry we did. We weren't near as comfortable and quickly got tired of high restaurant prices and being nickel and dimed to death. We highly recommend this Condo. and would definitely stay there again.

  • The best value you will find on West Maui! The accomodations were tasteful, immaculate, and very clean. The view is spectacular and you are fifty feet from the ocean. Ceiling fans in the living room and bed room keep the temperature pleasant, even during the summer. The kitchen has everything you will need--including silverware and some spices! The LCD TV and electronically controlled track lighting in the bedroom are a nice touch, along with a large walk in closet. I even found travel guides for Maui in the living room! Close to everything on West Maui. Simply a superb value!
