Cottage 1 with Guest House - Allyn, Washington Beach House The Cottage(s) at Case Inlet offer 2 seperate propeties which can be rented together or seperate. Beach house 1 comes with a guest house. Beach house 2 is it's own entity. They are adjoining properties and would be great to accomodate extended families. Beach house 1 offers one-half acre of no-bank waterfront, lush gardens, and a wonderful lawn area to relax or enjoy other family activities. The property consist of a main beach house along with an adjacent guest house. There is a firepit overlooking the water with Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the solitude, there is plenty of wood for indoor or outdoor fires. Beach house 2 has 50 feet of waterfront and is a 1 bedroom quaint cottage with a sofa sleeper in the living room. Walking path connects beach house 1 and 2 if you wish to combine your guests. On both properties, guests are welcome to dig clams and collect a few oysters for dinner. At low tide it is interesting to explore the entire area by foot. Both properties offer large decks with gas barbeques and nice patio furniture with amazing views. A soak in the hot tub is wonderful in the winter and summer (beach house 1 and guest house). The beach is steps away from the back door. Older kids and teenagers will love swimming in the very popular warm waters of Case Inlet. For your water enjoyement, properties includes a large island water trampoline float just off shore. The water is by far the reason to come to the beach. Both properties have un-obstructed views of Case Inlet and is a great jumping off point for boat exploration during the day. Whether you have a kayak or a powerboat, there are a number of Washington State Parks and secured waterways to explore nearby. Lunch in Olympia by boat, watching the eagles from the deck, clams and oysters for dinner, or just hanging out. There is everything at The Cottages at Case Inlet for the perfect vacation.
