A modern Thai villa built only 3 years ago, fully equipped and serviced to ensure a relaxing holiday. Only a short 5 minute walk to the unspoilt Bang Tao beach and close to excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The villa has 3 double bedrooms each with ensuites and AC / fans. The master bedroom is situated on it's own floor with a unique 'dinosaur egg' bath and access to a rooftop sala. The large open plan living area opens onto the pool and garden which are not overlooked and offer complete privacy. The villa is fully furnished and comes equipped with all amenities including internet, TV, sound system, gas BBQ, modern kitchen and washing machine. A daily Maid Service and pick-up from the airport are included in the price. The West coast of Phuket has beautiful long beaches ringed by palm trees and plenty of bars, restaurants and sporting activities on offer.
Level access from car park to front door, only one 20cm front door step into the villa. Two of the bedrooms and all the living areas are on the same ground floor once you are inside the house. The pool and garden are also on the same level (no steps) and access into the pool is via steps rather than a ladder. The ground floor shower has no steps in/out.
The villa has a completely private pool and waterfall that are accessed direct from the main living area at the rear of the property.
The rooftop boasts a very large private dining area with dining table seating 8 in a traditional Thai Sala plus a gas BBQ, cooking area with sink/water - and views over the adjoining water meadows and distant hills to the sunset.
Two double bedrooms are situated downstairs but the Master bedroom is located on the upper floor with direct access to the roof terrace
