This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must.

The property has a brand new luxury bathroom with free standing bath and rain maker shower as well as a refurbished kitchen with microwave and full sized stove offering very comfortable facilities. There is a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard.

The property has two bedrooms and can accomodate up to 4 persons comfortably.

Relax on the front verandah watching the ever changing sunsets whilst enjoying local seafood available 100 metres away.

The gas log fire is a must for those chilly winter nights. Selby Lakeside is a value for money lakeside retreat with guests returning time and time again.

Swansea sunset

The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway with a great front porch, looking over the lake. The house was very comfortably furnished. The second bedroom was a little tight, but not a big issue as it is only for sleeping. Thank you for letting us enjoy you home.

Fabulous Weekend!

Selby Lakeside Cottage was everything I could have imagined that a couples getaway would be. Unimpeded views of the pelicans and black swans on the lake as we enjoyed drinks on the porch on arrival. There's a fish co-op just 50 metres from the cottage so you can pick up fresh seafood and the major supermarkets are a 5 minute drive away so you don't have to worry about travelling with a cooler bag! Hardly any noise from passing traffic meant a peaceful stay.The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable if not a little dated but it had everything you could want so I would recommend this little gem.
