You will not want to leave the premises, but if you do, you are only 5 minutes from the Silverado Trail and Hwy 29, where the best wineries are located. The property is in a perfect location - close enough to the incredible restaurants and wineries, but just far enough to feel like you are away from the "masses". Our comfortable home is of an environmentally friendly design and construction and furnished with American antiques.

  • What an amazing place! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in Napa. The weather was fantastic, but more importantly the house and the grounds are unbelievable. Even in late November, we were able to enjoy the pool and spa most days. There were many bocce games, meals overlooking the vineyards, nights around the fire pit, walking through the gardens, watching the hummingbirds, and simply sitting and enjoying the VIEW!!!! There really is no reason to leave this place. There are also so many wonderful amenities - games, toys, every kitchen appliance you can imagine, towels for the pool, firewood, etc. We have rented many houses and condos in the past and never had these kinds of things provided. It really made our stay there so much nicer. The location is fantastic - 5 minutes from downtown Napa, but as soon as you are up at the house, you feel like you are a million miles away - so relaxing! We will definitely be back soon!

  • What a wonderful experience, what a wonderful location! We had 2 families with children under 21 staying in Napa at this home and it was PERFECT!! During this stay we only hit 3 wineries the whole time, and were very happy just to stay at this vacation home the entire time. My Mom, aunts and cousins joined us for happy hour and dinner every night. We were able to get the kids to bed a reasonable hour, but still be surrounded with the family we loved instead of sitting by ourselves alone in a hotel room. From the great games of bocce ball; to the all day swimming party; to the dinner on the lower views edge table or under the pergola by the bbq; to the evenings making smores by the firepit... this is a perfect home. We watched the hot air balloons in the morning float along the valley, and in the evenings we watched at eye level the hawks float in the canyon. I have not been this relaxed after a family vacation EVER. We highly recommend this home.

  • I celebrated my 30th birthday here with 7 close friends. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to leave my 20s behind! The pictures don't do it justice! The property is postcard perfect and the accomodations were superb! Everyday we would wake up, go for a run in the rolling hills of Napa, have breakfast outside with fresh squeezed OJ, visit some wineries, return home, enjoy some wine, cheese and crackers on the deck watching the sunset over the valley, go for a swim or relax in the hot tub, and sit by the outdoor firepit with a glass of wine with my best friends. The weekend was priceless. We've already booked our return trip over Labor Day weekend to celebrate another 30th!

  • Wonderful experience all around! From finding the place to enjoying the amazing views and amenities. Worth every dime for our weekend. The weather was perfect (75 degrees and sunny). We held a dinner party on our last evening for 14 people and we all fit perfectly under the brand new covered pavilion with built in heat lamps and lighting. The sunset was breathtaking as everyone enjoyed some fine wine from the napa valley, great cuisine and the perfect setting. Highly, highly recommend. Owner is very responsive and extremely friendly. We look forward to many return trips as this was one for sure to write home about!

  • We had such a great time! My husband and I with two other couples enjoyed our stay tremendously. We used some of the veggies from the garden when preparing our meals on the grill outside. Jay was our master builder of the fire pit. Wendy and Whitney created extra ambiance for our dinners using the candles at the house. Ron was the house chef. Jonathan was the house sommelier. I took over 950 pictures, so I became the house photographer. The pool and spa overlooking the valley are delightfull. Each morning we had coffee in the spa and watched the hot air balloons float down the valley, while the vineyards below were being tended too. This house helped us to relax. Hilary was wonderful, she responded to all our questions and concerns. I recommend this property to anyone that enjoys the outdoors and beautiful scenery. Sincerely, Janette

  • Wow, what a place! We celebrated my husbands birthday here, and we had the best time! The view is amazing, and we found ourselves playing bocce ball or cozying up in front of the fire place in the evenings and enjoying the valley or hanging out in the hot tub during the days. Despite some very rainy days, and the time of year (kind of cold and not the time when most things bloom) the garden was fantastic and one evening we watched two great horned owls talking to eachother from atop the umbrellas. The owner is a joy to do business with and was very helpful with all our questions and requests. I would recommend this property to anyone, and I look forward to coming back another time!

  • We had the best time ever,the weather was perfect I didn't want to leave. Your home is amazing, a little piece of heaven. We enjoyed a lovely turkey dinner and in the evenings enjoyed roasting marshmellows at the fire pit. We are already planning a return trip in the summer, it truly exceeded our expectations.

  • We had a wonderful stay. The grounds and the view were amazing and peaceful. Sitting in the spa in the morning, watching the hot air balloons rise over the valley, was breathtaking. We had privacy without being far from restaurants and attractions. We couldn't have asked for more!

  • During an absolutely terrible week of weather on the east coast, we enjoyed an entirely PERFECT week here in Napa. The house itself is very comfortable and extremely well equipped, from kitchen to baths and multi- zone A/V. Surrounded by lush, landscaped grounds and a family (or two) of hummingbirds, one almost forgets the incredible outdoor facilities ready for family relaxation or a great party: the pool, the deck, bocce, fire pit for cool evenings...this place has it all. And of course, THE VIEW! Its truly incredible to watch the balloons rising up in the morning from the valley floor in the distance. Our party included two boys 5 and 3, ourselves, and one set of grandparents. Yes, it was a full and busy house, but without question this was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we've had in the last 5 years!

  • This is an absolutely stunning piece of property that my family and I were lucky enough to enjoy and we were able to celebrate my husband's retirement after 32 years with SFPD with family and a few friends while staying there. Words can't describe how gorgeous the view is and the pictures just don't do it justice. It is more spectacular than the pictures show! The owners could not have been any nicer or more easy to work with. It was a pure pleasure. We can't wait to plan our return trip there next year. I give the whole experience a five star rating!
