The Dunes is the only newly constructed community within walking distance to the beach. The condo has high ceilings, large lanais, harwood floors, ceramic tiles, washer and dryer, modern furniture and spectacular views. The Dunes Community is a gated community with a fitness center, resort style pool, private pools, tennis courts, restaraunt and tiki bar.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love to sit by the beautiful pool and enjoy relaxing. The resort style pool has waterfalls and a hot tub. Also it is so great to be able to have a drink at the bar or a snack while poolside. The close proximately to the beach allows a wonderful sunset view while sitting on the lania.

My husband and I have owned our condo for the past 7 years. The Dunes is a spectacular community that offers luxurious country club amenities within walking distance to the beach. We have 3 kids who love to spend time in Florida. My husband was on the Board at the Dunes for several years. We live in the Cleveland Ohio area and have rented our condo when we are unable to enjoy it.
