In any season Destin has the best beaches anywhere! Winter temperatures are mild and perfect for getting away for a weekend, a week, or month. Emerald green water meets crystal white sands, providing you with stunning daytime swimming even in the early fall and unbelievable sunsets year round.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums has an entrance onto Hwy 98 and another west of Airport Road in the heart of Destin. The 26 acres complex boasts three pools, a pond, and tennis courts. The community has a security gates at the front and back. A laundromat is located next to one pool of the three pools so you can multitask!
The onsite clubhouse is available for family reunions or just entertaining to residents. A nominal fee may apply to your need so check with the office. Wireless internet connection is also available at the clubhouse.
Six restaurants, Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track, and numerous shopping areas are within walking distance. Beach access is at June Decker Park next to the Back Porch Restaurant, a short walk or drive. You could park your car and not have to drive for days!
This vacation condominium is on the second floor with stairs that lead up to the door. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is decorated in the Old Florida style but has all the modern conveniences!
The living room TV has a DVD/VHS combo and a Blockbuster is a short walk away.

Weekly rental includes $55 cleaning charge and 11% tax.
Winter rental includes final cleaning charge and 11% tax.
Rentals less than 5 nights will have cleaning and tax added.
