We have stayed at several units at Edgewater but this one stands out. Very well maintained, clean, great location, nice views and well appointed. If you are looking for a unit in Destin, look no further. This was a great experience!

Came with my friend and we had a great stay. Whoever did the interior design really knows what they are doing. The view is fantastic - roll out of bed to the beach and water vista. Close to the outlets, sandestin, and everything else. Love Eric and the guys at the beach who arrange the chairs/umbrellas. I'm definitely coming back to this amazing condo.

We have just returned from our vacation. Larry you have a wonderful condo. You have thought of everything. This is one of the nicest units I have ever stayed in. The complex is very safe and secure. I would recommend this unit to anyone. My 13 year old boys had a blast. larry, Thank you again for all your tips for local activities and restaurants. I think we tried to do them all. Great time. We were blessed with all the beauty and no oil.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay in Unit 503! We couldn't believe how well-decorated and cozy it was! We were on vacation with friends who stayed at Edgewater as well and all agreed that our condo was the best! The kitchen is definitely well-equipped with beautiful cabinets. The children's room is so cute with the green and brown beach decor - our girls LOVED the room! Our view from the balcony was so inviting and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking coffee. The ONLY recommendation we would have is that the comforter in the Master bedroom needs to be either sewn or replaced and the mattress could probably be replaced as well. Other than that, we LOVED our first family vacation stay in Unit 503 and especially appreciated the recommendations of great places to visit from the owners. I would highly recommend this Unit! We enjoyed our stay in Room 503. The place was clean, well decorated, and perfect for a family. There were kids books and movies (luckily it hardly rained, so we didn't have to utilize them). The only bad part of our vacation was that we had to leave. We would definitely stay there again.

We wanted to thank you for a wonderful time in Destin. Your family's condo was everything the ad showed and more. I think we had one of the best views of the pool and beach. It was nice to know that we would have no problem arriving at 1:00 AM, and that we could simply go from the car to the room and put the children to bed. Even though they woke us up at 6:30 ready to go swimming. Everything we needed was in the condo, and the kids had a blast both at the pool and the beach. The A/C kept the condo nice and cool, and there was plenty of hot water for everyone's long showers. I will not hesitate you recommend your condo to anyone. Thank you again. Thank you so much for allowing the McLaughlin family to spend a week at your beautiful Edgewater condominium. The unit is definitely first class, and the view of the ocean, beach and pool areas is just spectacular. You definitely did not take any short cuts when you completed the recent upgrades. We just completed our second stay in unit 503. We were there in 2006 and again in July of 2007. The unit is furnished beautifully. Loved the new tile in the living room!! The owner is so easy to deal with. We will definetly be back to stay in this unit again. The Merriman Family

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. All the little extras, like the big shrimp pot, made our family vacation a great time. We boiled shrimp for the first time, and the children enjoyed it so much we ended up having shrimp 3 times. You definatly have a very nice condo, and we will be back next year. My wife and I decided to take a long weekend vacation and looked into unit 503 after seeing it on VRBO. After talking with the owner, we decided to book his unit and we are very pleased with our decision. Not only was it very relaxing in the unit, but we felt that we were in our own home. Not only did everything work as promised, but the owner even called us to make sure everything was clean since new tile flooring had been installed that week. We will definatly be comming back to this unit with friends.

Our stay in unit 503 at Edgewater this summer was very nice. The pools and grounds were very nice and clean, and the beach was absolutly beautiful. Our condo had everything and more that we would expect for the price. All the TV's had remote controls, and there were more than enough dish's, glasses, and silverware to last several days before we had to use the dishwasher. The owners of our unit made sure we were happy with the unit and we will definatly recommend this unit to others.

We very much enjoyed unit 503 and the Edgewater Condominium. The unit has been redecorated and is beautiful yet very functional for a family with young children. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked with utensils, pans, wine glasses etc. The great room is wonderfully comfortable with new couches. We loved the plush carpeting throughout the unit. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet, all with DVD players. We enjoyed the huge balcony-the nicest and safest balcony we have encountered. The pools (2), playground, and beach set up at Edgewater are better than any other condo that we have stayed at in Destin. Unit 503 has a closet full of beach toys, rafts, noodles and chairs which we loved. The proximity of Edgewater(walking distance) to the grocery store, restaurants, and the outlet mall made for an easy stay. There is construction nearby but we did not notice the noise.

I have stayed at Unit 503 Edgewater many times! It has always been a great unit, very large with a wonderful view of the ocean and close to the elevators! The last time we stayed the unit had been completely renovated! It is unbelievable! EVERYTHING is updated and NEW! It is absolutely GORGEOUS! If you are looking for a great property for your Destin vacation, you cannot go wrong here. Not only is this unit top notch but the location of Edgewater is the best! Close to the outlet mall, great restaurants and all activities yet not right in the thick of Destin traffic. You could not pick a better location and our family LOVES the new unit 503! GREAT JOB TO THE OWNERS!
