The ground floor offers a cabana with a kitchenette including a sink and refrigerator; perfect for a quick lunch between trips to the beach or dips in the pool. The cabana has a full bath with shower and provides ample covered play area for rainy days or events. The backyard offers a beach-entry heated 16 x 23 pool providing a shallow splash area for children. Relax in the separate hot tub (limited usage window of 7-11pm), a conveniently located outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. In the garage you will find a washer and dryer perfect for washing towels to get them ready for the next trip to the beach.
The first floor presents an informal gathering room overlooking the Gulf equipped with a queen sleeper sofa - great for the kids to watch movies, do puzzles or play games. The Marine Life Suite has a king-sized bed with an amazing view of the Gulf and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The Surfer’s Suite has 3 sets of twin XL bunk beds with its own bathroom with tub/shower. The third bedroom on this floor, the Vintage Sunbathing Suite, has an amazing Gulf view, king-sized bed, sitting area with a love-seat sofa sleeper, and private bath with walk-in shower as well as a soaker tub. For the business person unable to get completely away from the office, there is a private office nook. Just bring your laptop and you are ready for business with complimentary wireless connection. Laundry room with large-capacity washer/dryer and a commercial ice-maker is located for easy access to pool and kitchen.
The second floor brings you to a fabulous living area with 20 foot vaulted ceiling, which includes the dining room, the living room with twin sleeper chair, TV, DVD, and stereo, and the kitchen with walk-in pantry, providing ample space for staging catered parties. The open kitchen features granite counter tops, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances (2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler). Protected screened-in porch with spectacular views of the Gulf and comfortable seating. There are ample decks surrounding this floor so you will not miss out on the beautiful sunsets. Powder room provides convenience. The Maritime Suite has an amazing Gulf view, a king-sized bed with a separate sitting area with a loveseat sleeper as well as a private bath with walk-in shower and soaker tub.
The journey to the third floor brings you to the Lighthouse Suite with its king-sized bed and queen sleeper sofa. This large bedroom has its own private deck with amazing views!
