This is a fabulous, open and spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath, 4000 square foot home with private heater pool and spa. It overlooks the lake and the 8th green at Nicolas Course PGA West with the Santa Rosa mountains as a backdrop. It's a private, quiet location on a cul-de-sac street. Living Room includes a double-sided fireplace and dining room has slider off to side yard where you will find the BBQ, spa and pool. Kitchen has granite slab counters and cooks center island. In the living room is a comfy couch that you just sink into with views to the sparkling pool, hot tub, and golf course.

There are three master suites and one bedroom each containing satellite TV's and their own full bathrooms. Three bedrooms contain king beds, fourth bedroom contains two trundle twin beds with additional roll-out beds underneath. Large Master Bedroom has sitting area and dramatic balcony overlooking lake and mountains along with a huge bathroom that contains a jetted tub. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one has a fireplace, with the other two upstairs.

There is a phone for local phone calls and DSL is provided.

The theater room has a 96 inch screen. There are four comfortable reclining chairs with cup holders. In addition there are also three arcade games, an X-box, and a game cube to entertain the kids with. Please bring your own games and DVD's.

Enjoy a relaxing stay with the privacy of your own pool and spa or you can use the community pool and spa a few short steps from the house. There is no smoking inside the house, but you are welcome to outside. This home is truly one of its own.
