Enjoy the beautiful gulf front views and sunsets from your own personal lanai. This unit is on the 6th floor and overlooks the world-famous white sands of Crescent beach on the Island of Siesta Key. There are two heated pools within the complex, one located steps from the beach and one located at the entry to the Crystal Sands, making sun and shade available at different times of the day.
The living room and two bedrooms have direct access to the lanai and a full view of the beach. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms are equiped with TV's and DVD/VCR's. Their is a computer and printer in the unit and the telephone is set up for free long distance calls in the U.S.A., Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Please enjoy our home away from home and all of the pleasures that Siesta Key and the surrounding areas have to offer. Only steps to a the White Sandy Beach on the Gulf of Mexico voted as World Famous and ranked as one of the top 10 beaches.

Feb 01-Apr 30 .. $1885/week (Two week Minimum).
An advance of 25% is required on all rentals and the balance is due on arrival.
60 day cancellation notice for refund of the advance applies.
$300 Security deposit on arrival. Check out time is 10 am, Check in time 3 pm.
Plus 10% Florida State Sales Tax.
