  My husband, daughter and I just returned from a very enjoyable and relaxing week in Hilton Head. This Lake Forest Villa had everything we wanted in our vacation. Every morning we sat on the screened in porch and watched the birds and counted the alligators while having our coffee. The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated to make our stay just PERFECT!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We have been coming to Hilton Head for 4 years now and this is the nicest villa we have rented. There is not one negative comment I can make about the villa. The screened porch was perfect for having breakfast while watching the gators and birds. I highly recommend this villa.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  Wes, This condo was just awesome. The best part would be the screen in porch, overlooking the lagoon. We would eat breakfast and watch the birds, jumping fish, and the alligators in the lagoon. The large dining table was great for playing cards and games. I especially liked the location of the 2 bedrooms, each with private baths and at opposite ends of the condo. You also could not hear anything from the other condos next to this one. The pictures on the listing were very accurate and true to form. The 2 couches and chair in the living room were very comfortable for resting and watching TV. The kitchen had everything that one would need to cook. I really liked having the washer/dryer in the unit. I came home from vacation with all clean clothes. Biking to anything on the island is very easy. It was only 20 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to Harbour Town. Biking on the bike trails is so easy and fun, you can go anywhere. I just love riding on the beach. going to the beach, South Beach for the Salty Dog, Harbour Town, seeing Gregg Russell again was fun. The pool was very nice and private with bushes or fence completely around it. The tennis area was next to the pool. I would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to my friends.   We have been vacationing in Lake Forest for seven years and this is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. The villa was clean, well appointed and included everything we needed for our long stay. The porch is awesome. We spent hours in the enclosed porch watching birds and taking pictures of all the wildlife. Wes, thank you for making your villa available for us to use.

  We thoroughly enjoyed the month of February in your villa. The description and photos were very accurate. The sunroom was incredible and our favourite spot - the alligators, egrets, herons, cormorants and anhingas provided many fascinating, relaxing hours to say nothing of the thousands of pictures I took. We were very comfortable and as usual enjoyed the bike paths, golf, great restaurants and everything else that makes Sea Pines so wonderful. The problem we did have was rsponded to very quickly and rectified very quickly. We are looking forward to our two month stay next year. Thank you again for a wonderful, relaxing piece of Heaven.   I've been coming to HHI for close to 25-yrs and the majority of those @ Lake Forest in Sea Pines. As I have started a family of my own, I wanted a place close to my parents but with our own space to enjoy. This was my 5th time staying at the villa. All the funiture & appliances are in great condition, rooms are spacious, vaulted ceilings throughout, and the bathrooms are updated & very spacious. The villa is as clean as you'll find. The screend in back porch has become the family favorite for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The villa backs the the Sea Pine Forest Preserve and the setting as peaceful as you will find on the island. The beach is a short drive/bike ride away and the tennis courts are will kept. The pool is one my favorite amenities of Lake Forest...it is very private with lush landscaping that provides both sun & shade. Take advantage of the nature preserve & the nearby trails for biking & walking/jogging

  We stayed in the Villa in early May 2011. Since the unit is in Sea Pines it is close to all the activities we wanted. We rented bicycles to tour the island using the extensive bike paths and the firm beach as a means to discover things you would miss if only using a car. The Villa is well maintained and the decor is excellent. The area is landscaped and situated for privacy. There were many times I relaxed on the screened patio and enjoyed watching the ‘gators sunning themselves on the bank across the pond. If you are visiting Hilton Head, this is the place to stay.

  We loved our stay at this condo. It was great to be able to sit on the screened in back porch for happy hr and watch the wildlife by the pond. Very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. Also, great location from the main entrance into Sea Pines.

  We remember your VRBO fondly and would be happy to submit a review. We had a lovely winter stay in this attractive, comfortable, well appointed home. The screened porch offered outdoor space as we viewed the morning spectacle of wildlife in the lagoon at sunrise and throughout the day. It was peaceful and quiet, yet quickly accessible to walking and biking paths leading to the lovely forest and beach. We enjoyed two beautiful months in your lovely villa, and will definitel recommend it to our friends. Barbara and Arnie Silverstone

  This Lake Forest condo is beautifully decorated, quite comfortable and in a very tranquil setting that backs up to the nature preserve. We spent January watching birds swoop in and alligators drift across the lagoon. The screened in porch is in an especially nice place for happy hour. Wes was very helpful...we would definitely recommend this charming condo to our friends.
