The Palisades is located on HH (mile marker 14) just one mile from the entrance to the Lodge of the Four Seasons. Convenient to shopping, golf, tennis, entertainment and restaurants. This 2004 built condominium has high quality construction and is tastefully furnished. In addition to 1400 square feet, it also has a large screened patio that overlooks the Lake.
The Palisades has four swimming pools and a clubhouse with bathroom facilities.
Spend your well deserved vacation and leisure time in this clean, comfortable unit. Picture yourself sitting on the screened deck off the living room area, or on the deck at the condo entrance, with your coffee or a cool drink in hand, a good book, family, friends, and nothing to do but relax and enjoy life.
This condo is well maintained by the owners and not a party unit. No animals or smoking are allowed in unit. The Palisades does not allow motorcycles or trailers to be parked on the grounds. Security guards are present on weekends during the summer.
