Welcome to the Palisades. This family owned, three bedroom, two bathroom condo has one of the best views of the lake's main channel. Truly a "Wow" moment the first time you see the lake view.
The Palisades is located on HH (mile marker 14) just one mile from the entrance to the Lodge of the Four Seasons. Convenient to shopping, golf, tennis, boating, fishing, entertainment, and restaurants.
The Palisades has four swimming pools and a clubhouse with bathroom facilities.
Spend your well deserved vacation and leisure time in this clean, comfortable unit. Picture yourself sitting on the screened deck off the living room area, or on the deck at the condo entrance, with your coffee or a cool drink in hand, a good book, family, friends, and nothing to do but relax and enjoy life. All good reasons for a trip to the lake.
This condo is well maintained by the owners and not a party unit. A strict no animals and no smoking rule is enforced in the condo. The Palisades does not allow motorcycles or trailers to be parked on the grounds. A private parking space is available close to the condo entrance.
A security guard patrols the Palisades on weekends during the summer.
A large boat slip is available for rent but no boat lift is provided.

The master bedroom has a queen, canopy bed and glass sliding doors overlooking the lake. Connected master bath. TV with DVD.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV/DVD and connecting bathroom.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and TV/VCR.

We really enjoyed our visit to this condo. It is located just enough outside of the hustle & bustle of Osage Beach to be quiet, yet still convenient. The condo itself is comfortable, very well maintained and clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view from the deck. The pools weren't fancy, but clean and nice for laying out & swimming. The owners were very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely go back if we have the chance again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
