  We recently stayed in Lesley & Peter's wonderful villa. This was our first (but not our last) visit to Rotonda and we could not have chosen a better home & location. The owners were extremely helpful which went a long way to make our vacation memorable. The property was every bit as good as the description and photos on the web site and was exceptionally clean and impressive. The pool was a good size and warm. The home owners have thought of everything you will need inc pool towels so no need to bring any with you. Close by are reasonably priced restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and 5 golf courses - but also very tranquil with serene views over the canal. No need to go visit wildlife parks - you can watch the wildlife from pool-side. Rotonda West is a very friendly community and we highly recommend this home for your stay.

  This home is spectacular! Everything is perfect from the home layout/decor to the view from the lanai! It is centrally located - beaches, grocery stores, delicious restaurants all within 5 - 15 minute drive, Two months is just NOT long enough to stay here! We are already looking forward to our 2013 arrival.

  We have just returned from a wonderful month. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to the beaches and wonderful places to eat with great entertainment. The home is tastefully decorated, yet very comfortable. The pool area is relaxing and overlooks the canal. We enjoyed our entire month and look forward to a return. We would certainly recomend this home. The owners are very easy to work with and make sure everything is perfect.

  Our family experienced another wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. It is clean, tasteful and truly relaxing.   Our first visit to Rontonda West turned out to be our best experience in Florida yet. This home is immaculate, well maintained and very comfortable. The heated pool added to our daily activities. The caretaker lives nearby and is available for everything and anything you might need. The listing description and pictures are just as they exist. The owners themselves are wonderful to work with and are so happy to share their lovely home with renters. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who wave daily. The whole area of Rotonda is quiet and secluded. We experienced no traffic on our daily trips to the many beautiful beaches available within 15 minutes, the closest within about 10. Fishing was great. Restaurants in the area are amazing as well. We enjoyed 2 months here and look forward to returning. Enjoy.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this delightful home. The accommodation was excellent - extremely clean, comfortable and tasteful. We loved resting by the pool as well as exploring beaches such as Siesta Key and eating at various, nearby restaurants. The agent was immensely kind and helpful. Please can we return?

  We stayed in Lesley and Peter's lovely Rotonda West home Aug. 7-14, 2010. We found the home to be everything we hoped for as it was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Their website is extremely accurate. What you see is what you get and you will love it! Peter and Lesley have provided everything a visitor could possibly want or need while on vacation and they were exceedingly helpful at providing answers to all of our questions before, during, and after our stay. They even welcomed our two dogs without hesitation. Lots of wildlife came to visit during our stay which we enjoyed very much. We would highly recommend the property to anyone interested in superb accommodations!

  Lesley and Peter, the owners of this property, are great and put you at ease the moment you speak to them. They are perfect hosts and keep their Rotonda Home in perfect condition. If you are looking to relax with the family, play some golf and perhaps do some fishing it's a great place to go. They have a local contact ('Al') who is on hand to answer any queries you may have about the property or local area. This was a stress free holiday in a very clean and well presented property, great area too. Highly recommend it.

  What a fantastic place!!The villa was luxurious, clean and had everything we needed for our holiday.It exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every day that we were there.I will be recommending your villa to everyone visiting Florida.We also loved the surrounding area, including the beaches, restaurants and shopping.Al took great care of us, and it was a pleasure meeting him.We hope to return, and we will be in touch.Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.
