We have just returned from a wonderful month. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, but close to the beaches and wonderful places to eat with great entertainment. The home is tastefully decorated, yet very comfortable. The pool area is relaxing and overlooks the canal. We enjoyed our entire month and look forward to a return. We would certainly recomend this home. The owners are very easy to work with and make sure everything is perfect.

This home is spectacular! Everything is perfect from the home layout/decor to the view from the lanai! It is centrally located - beaches, grocery stores, delicious restaurants all within 5 - 15 minute drive, Two months is just NOT long enough to stay here! We are already looking forward to our 2013 arrival.

Our family experienced another wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. It is clean, tasteful and truly relaxing. Peter and Lesley are extremely friendly and helpful to deal with and we cannot recommend their property highly enough. It is the perfect place for a restful and memorable vacation. Enjoy!

Better than we could have imagined.

Our first visit to Rontonda West turned out to be our best experience in Florida yet. This home is immaculate, well maintained and very comfortable. The heated pool added to our daily activities. The caretaker lives nearby and is available for everything and anything you might need. The listing description and pictures are just as they exist. The owners themselves are wonderful to work with and are so happy to share their lovely home with renters. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors who wave daily. The whole area of Rotonda is quiet and secluded. We experienced no traffic on our daily trips to the many beautiful beaches available within 15 minutes, the closest within about 10. Fishing was great. Restaurants in the area are amazing as well. We enjoyed 2 months here and look forward to returning. Enjoy.

We stayed in Lesley and Peter's lovely Rotonda West home Aug. 7-14, 2010. We found the home to be everything we hoped for as it was beautifully decorated and in a great location. Their website is extremely accurate. What you see is what you get and you will love it! Peter and Lesley have provided everything a visitor could possibly want or need while on vacation and they were exceedingly helpful at providing answers to all of our questions before, during, and after our stay. They even welcomed our two dogs without hesitation. Lots of wildlife came to visit during our stay which we enjoyed very much. We would highly recommend the property to anyone interested in superb accommodations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this delightful home. The accommodation was excellent - extremely clean, comfortable and tasteful. We loved resting by the pool as well as exploring beaches such as Siesta Key and eating at various, nearby restaurants. The agent was immensely kind and helpful. Please can we return?

Lesley and Peter, the owners of this property, are great and put you at ease the moment you speak to them. They are perfect hosts and keep their Rotonda Home in perfect condition. If you are looking to relax with the family, play some golf and perhaps do some fishing it's a great place to go. They have a local contact ('Al') who is on hand to answer any queries you may have about the property or local area. This was a stress free holiday in a very clean and well presented property, great area too. Highly recommend it.

Just wanted to let you know we thorough loved your home. It was more then we imagined and expected. It made our vacation absolutely fabulous. The home was top notch with every available amenity we could ask for. Our family spent many hours in the beautiful pool and at the local nearby beaches. The inside was so clean and orderly and just made us feel right at home. We didnt go without anything. Everything was well stocked and we also grilled outside a few nights. We got a few visits from the canal alligators and my boys and dad thought it was awesome. We also went on a dophin cruise 10 minutes away, and that was fantastic. The men golfed while the woman shopped. I can’t thank you enough and tell you how much we loved your home. Al was a gem and so much help when we needed him! What a great guy you have in him! We were so lucky to spend our vacation at your villa and we hope to one day return because it was simply spectacular! Thanks to you too for being so kind and generous! Recently spent some time at this beautiful villa. Very tastefully decorated with all the facilities you could want for a wonderful and relaxing holiday – loved the pool - a home from home. Lots of lovely wildlife in and around the garden and the most gorgeous sunsets. Very friendly neighbours and plenty of really good eating places not too far away. Hope to return in the not too distant future.

Dear Peter and Lesley: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experince a great vacation in your rental home. It was very relaxing to say the least. Everything was just the best. Our guy's thoroughly enoyed the golf courses that were very close. The ladies enjoyed the heated pool along with the wildlife. We had a white ibis visit us at the lanai door and made our days. The alligator bathing in the sun on the bank of the canal behind us was just incredible. You have the best agent taking care of your home, he was always available when needed (which wasn't often) and very personable. The only sad thing we can say is it is not available for us next year which isn't a surprise. You have a beautiful home and I do hope everyone takes care of it. We will be glad to return. What a perfectly lovely home! The pictures on this web site are exactly what we saw upon arrival. Rotonda is the best kept secret in the state of FL! Your representative, Mr. Cowan, was always at our beacon call. He does a super job keeping your guests happy! Again, we had a fabulous stay in your beautiful home. 2/23/09 We just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The house was wonderful, beautifully decorated and yet very comfortable. We were within 15 miles of two great beaches. One was in Englewood the other in Boca Granda. It is close to shopping. We enjoyed taking our dog for a walk each morning. The neighborhood was very friendly. It was a joy to get away from the harsh Wiscosin winter and have a couple weeks of relaxing fun in Florida.

Dear Pete and Lesley It´s with a great sadness I write this e-mail from Sweden and the reason is that we are back home again.Ok, it´s always nice to be home but we have enjoyed our stay in your wonderful villa in Rotonda so much.Everything went well and Mr Cohan checked the house together with me when we left yesterday. He is really a wonderful guy as well as your neighbours at Marker Road.We are really satisfied with everything that the villa offer and the beaches and the golf just next door is fantastic. It´s close to Miramar shopping in Naples and Ellenton with prices low as 25% of the Swedish normal price. It´s close to Tampa for Icehockey, It´s close to everything.It´s not a matter of IF, it´s a matter of WHEN we ask you if we can rent the villa in Rotonda again.
