  We stayed at the Garibaldi for the weekend. This is our non profit's annual business/board meeting. Pros: The house was clean and comfortable with a well fitted kitchen & working appliances. Central heat for the main floor worked well with a great fireplace with accessible dry wood, (garage). The three bathrooms were also clean with no problems (the 3rd floor hall toilet ran some. No other mechanical problems. The Wifi worked great and was used by four of us. We used the BBQ Sat night to grill steaks. Didn't use the jacuzzi spa. Being able to park our two vehicles was very nice. Getting into the house was no problem. The directions were very clear. Cons: The steep, narrow staircase to the ground floor got old to use and a runner on on the third floor staircase would have been nice. I would absolutely recommend this property if the renters aren't bothered by two staircases: one very steep and narrow.

  Loved the house! Location couldn't be better! It is about halfway between groceries/town and Northstar. Even in during the worst of the blizzard the necessities were still accessible. The layout is great, and the house offers multiple levels, living areas, bathrooms and decks. (and the hot tub!!)I loved it! I would definitely go back!

  This was a lovely home. Very large and great for a big family. Great location and easy to get to. Overall the house is in good shaped. The kitchen cabinets need so TLC and there were two small holes in the wall but that kind of stuff can be expected from so many family's renting the home. The hot tub was great. We used it several times while it was snowing. Would love to rent this home again. It was a great vacation.

  Our group absolutely loved this cabin. Everything we could have needed was provided at the cabin as far as linens, towels and cookware. The cabin was spotless. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, it was one of our favorite features. This cabin was in the perfect location, very close to Kings Beach and Tahoe City which was important on a busy fourth of July weekend. I highly recommend this cabin for large groups. We had plenty of space and never felt crowded. I cannot wait to come back next year.

  we liked the large bedrooms and the way they were set up and the use of the hot tub off the the master bedroom. the location was quiet. all in all a great week.

  This was our first time staying in the Garibaldi home and it was just great. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. There was more than enough space and privacy for everyone, including the dogs :). Having the lake so close was also a real plus. We're already planning our next stay there and looking forward to it! I would recommend this home to anyone.

  the house was LOVELY and it was a nice,quiet,and peaceful area. We rented the house for our Tupperware Regional Retreat and was really close to the convention center in kings,beach! We would definitley be staying here next time in kings beach, and will recommend to anyone!

  We have stayed in the Garibaldi home the past 2 holiday seasons. It's a great home for family & friends to spend the days together. Best of all, our Dog has been able to join us. A very comfortable home with space for everyone. Love the hot tub,quiet street and the new beautiful downstairs addition.
