Conveniently located in Kingswood Estates (a newer residential neighborhood 1 mile above Kings Beach) , this large 2800+ square foot pet friendly rental home boasts the perfect location from which to enjoy all of what Lake Tahoe has to offer. The home has 3 different living spaces (one on each floor) so everyone in the family/group can be doing separate activities. The home is a bit over a mile from the Lake itself as well as the public beaches, lakeside restaurants and golf course in Kings Beach. The vacation rental property has free high speed wireless internet for those you have a harder time leaving work.
The casinos and nightlife at North Shore’s Crystal Bay are a few miles further up the road. The home is about five miles from the Northstar Ski resort and just minutes away to Tahoe City and Truckee. Hiking and biking trails are just a short walk from the front door.
Three large and nicely appointed bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms make this home ideal for a large family or a group of up to 13 guests.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin and the third bedroom has four twins. A sofa bed in the upstairs family room can sleep two more.
Main Level – Tiled entry, kitchen, living room with fireplace, separate dining room, one-half bath. Deck off of living room. Attached two-car garage. Large screen TV in living room (cable included).
The kitchen includes and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Small appliances include toaster, blender and coffeemaker. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics: dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.
Second Level – Three Bedrooms and two full baths. Family room has an entertainment center with large screen TV, DVD/VCR player & stereo. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Deck off of master bedroom with Hot Tub for those wonderful Tahoe evenings.
Lower Level/4th Bedroom - Newly built and includes knotty pine accents with pine wainscoating, gas fireplace, bar area with sink, bunk beds, queen hide-a-bed, tv, new tiled bathroom with large shower, plus an extra office space.
This pet friendly vacation rental home is fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, spa towels, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV's & DVD's, washer & dryer, and barbecue. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
Discount lift tickets are available for Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Diamond Peak (Save up to $14 per ticket).

Check in time is 4:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM, if there is an opening before or after your stay we can accommodate any requests for changing these times. Why the Owner Chose Kingswood Estates
We purchased this particular home based on its location and its potential. We really liked the home's access to Northstar-at-Tahoe, being able to walk versus driving to the hiking and biking trails, and only being a mile and a half from the sandy north Tahoe beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We remodeled and added on to the home back in 2007. We have a pretty large family so we enjoy having three different living areas at the home so multiple activities can be happening at the same time. If you are like us, you will enjoy the location of the property. In the summer you are close to sandy beaches, conveniences including restaurants and grocery stores, and you can walk to bike from the house to the Tahoe Rim Trail. In the winter, you are only 5 miles to Northstar and only 3 miles to north shore casino's.

Our primary residence is in the bay area and we love to come to Tahoe to get away from it all. We enjoy all the seasons but we tend to come to Tahoe in the spring and fall most frequently.

Loved the house! Location couldn't be better! It is about halfway between groceries/town and Northstar. Even in during the worst of the blizzard the necessities were still accessible. The layout is great, and the house offers multiple levels, living areas, bathrooms and decks. (and the hot tub!!)I loved it! I would definitely go back!

This was a lovely home. Very large and great for a big family. Great location and easy to get to. Overall the house is in good shaped. The kitchen cabinets need so TLC and there were two small holes in the wall but that kind of stuff can be expected from so many family's renting the home. The hot tub was great. We used it several times while it was snowing. Would love to rent this home again. It was a great vacation.

Our group absolutely loved this cabin. Everything we could have needed was provided at the cabin as far as linens, towels and cookware. The cabin was spotless. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, it was one of our favorite features. This cabin was in the perfect location, very close to Kings Beach and Tahoe City which was important on a busy fourth of July weekend. I highly recommend this cabin for large groups. We had plenty of space and never felt crowded. I cannot wait to come back next year.

This was our first time staying in the Garibaldi home and it was just great. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. There was more than enough space and privacy for everyone, including the dogs :). Having the lake so close was also a real plus. We're already planning our next stay there and looking forward to it! I would recommend this home to anyone.

the house was LOVELY and it was a nice,quiet,and peaceful area. We rented the house for our Tupperware Regional Retreat and was really close to the convention center in kings,beach! We would definitley be staying here next time in kings beach, and will recommend to anyone!

We have stayed in the Garibaldi home the past 2 holiday seasons. It's a great home for family & friends to spend the days together. Best of all, our Dog has been able to join us. A very comfortable home with space for everyone. Love the hot tub,quiet street and the new beautiful downstairs addition.

The Garibaldi home was perfect for us for many reasons. First, the dog friendly home allowed us to bring our beloved lab on our family vacation. Second, the well equiped kitchen, outdoor grill and hottub made nights at the home relaxing. Third, the house is very roomy with enough COMFORTABLE beds for all. We also appreciated the quiet street which allowed for the kids to ride their bikes safely in front of the property. We have already planned a return visit to the Garibaldi home.

Great location! Trail head at the top of the road with access to the TRT. Easy drive to Kings beach. Cozy comes with great views and shooting star show. Loved our stay.
