Guana Kai, minutes from historic St. Augustine, is a six bedroom, four bath home that can easily accommodate 14 people. It is a beautiful getaway, luxuriously decorated, and lovingly cared for, Guana Kai is perfect for either all adults or families with children to enjoy the greatest vacation yet!
Spacious family room and dining room have ocean view with upstairs deck, wet bar, fireplace, and is open to large stocked kitchen with a buffet bar and all the conveniences of home. Bedrooms include three king beds, one queen, one full, and a bunk room with four twin beds. There is a game room with a pool tables, wi-fi internet access, DVD/VHS, a computer, and free continental phone calls plus much more.
The house has a walkway that leads from the deck over the dunes and right to the beautiful beaches of South Ponte Vedra. It is a safe, quiet part of the beach lined only with private residences.

South Ponte Vedra Beach is a beautiful part of northeast Florida. We live in Jacksonville, and we bought Guana Kai so we could really "get away", but not have to go too far. We use the house as our family beach house, but love to share with others so you can experience the relaxation this home has to offer.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at this beach house. We had five families staying here and had plenty of room, wonderful accomodations, with a beautiful beach. The house is located close to major cities and many historic sites. The weather was fantastic, and we enjoyed the ocean and the sealife. We would stay here again if we were in this area.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was our first family vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. The house was perfect for four families. The beach is gorgeous and the water was great. The house is conveniently located to St. Augustine and is only a few minutes drive to shopping and restaurants. There were a few minor problems with light switches and plug ins but nothing that should prevent anyone from staying in this lovely home. The owners provide you with an abundance of nice bath towels and washcloths as well as beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. You don't have to pack any of those items as the quality of the ones provided was excellent. We had a wonderful week and would definitely consider this home again if we are vacationing in the St. Augustine area.

My family and I vacationed here in late November 2008 for a small family get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we had the best time. First of all the views are magnificent, the home was well equipped with everything we could have wanted and the layout of the home is wonderful because it allowed three families to be together but have an opportunity to allow some privacy. It's perfectly situated outside of the congestion of town but close enough to everything, especially downtown St. Augustine. The owners were wonderful to work with, very flexible and were accessible enough to assist us if needed. If we decide to vacation in that area again we would definately go back!
