Lake Wequaquet is a special place. Fresh water, crystal clear. A wonderful spot for families with young children.
Our home is located two houses from the lake with free access to a private beach deeded to the homes in our neighborhood. The beach is shallow and safe. The neighborhood is quiet. Our back yard is very private.
Craigville Beach is a little over a mile away if you prefer the salt water. The lake is the perfect balance for those on-shore windy days at Craigville.
Our house is our home for much of the summer so you're walking into a comfortable environment. The garage and basement have many floats, bikes and beach chairs. The back yard has a hammock, chairs and tables and gas grill. Please no pets or smokers.

My wife and I spent our childhood summers in Centerville - swimming at the lake, sunning at Craigville Beach and feasting on Four Seas Ice Cream. We've continued the family traditions with our own children. If peace, quiet and a relaxing vacation is what you envision - our home is a the perfect place. If you want malls, trafflic jams and crowds of people, our house may not be for you.
Why the Owner Chose Centerville
The perfect location. Next to the Cape's largest fresh water lake. Sailing, skiing, swimming. The ocean is a little over a mile away. Centerville is a charming town just 15 minutes from Hyannis. Boston is about 60 miles from our house. The neighborhood is safe for children and our neighbors are wonderful people.
