This private beach is one of the loveliest in the Bahamas, leading to the sandy sea floor beneath between 3 and 7 feet of water depending on the tide. Guests of all ages can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, kayaking, sailing and more. We also have plenty of swim rafts, lounge chairs and hammocks so you can relax and enjoy the endless sunshine and warmth of the Caribbean. For the ultimate in solitude, a walk on the beach is a special experience.
The rooftop sundeck, bicycles, beach volleyball, kayaks, Sunfish sailboat, masks & snorkels, beach games and more are all available to enjoy. This house has a number of added comforts including an outdoor beach shower and shaded hammocks so that you can spend the whole day on the beach. We first visited this property in 1993. We loved it from our first trip and visited every year until purchasing the home and moving to the island in 2003. We are constantly updating the home and property to improve our guests' experience. We hope to share this wonderful home in paradise with you.

We are scuba divers and operate Andros Diving, the premier dive operation on South Andros Island. We love the friendly people, the privacy and the natural charm of the island. Kemp's Bay is home to the nicest beach on the island and one of the nicest white sand beaches in the Caribbean. Our home is the most private and secluded property on the island and is located in the best setting along the finest beach.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The most unique feature is the fact that you have a 4 mile white sand beach at your doorstep and will not probably see another soul on the beach during your stay. The powdery white sand doesn't get hot and feels great on your feet. The ocean in front of the property has a sandy bottom and the warm water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The spacious open floor plan allows fresh ocean breezes to pass through and also features world class ocean views.
