Come and relax in our warm and comfortable lake view cottage. Great views and short walks to Lake Chautauqua and Ashville Bay Marina. Public boat launching available at Ashville Bay marina.
Very private location with nice front deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning, views of the lake, and spacious yard for fun activities. Our cottage is fully furnished with four bedrooms, one bathroom, two twin beds, one full-sized bed and a queen-sized bed. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We have comfortable, spacious rooms, (ie. combined living and dining rooms) with a great fireplace. Also we have a kitchen with additional table and chairs.
Minutes to Bemus Point, Chautauqua Institution, wineries, shopping, great dining and some of the best golfing as indicated by Golf Digest. Great fishing and water sports on the Chautauqua Lake and Loomis Bay.
