Our 4 bed/4 bath home is professionally decorated and truly offers a stunning atmosphere to retreat to while vacationing in the Disney area! 7 Night Minimum
Our houses feature two King suites, with high quality pillow top mattresses for a perfect nights rest after a long day at the Disney Parks! The remaining two rooms have 2 twin beds each, and in the Beach house one is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme and the other is a Disney Princess theme. The twin rooms do not have pillow top mattresses, but do have upgraded, thicker mattresses allowing for extreme comfort, we know how important a good nights rest is ... in fact, all our sheets are 300 thread count as well. Total, the house will accommodate up to eight persons.
The living room features a 32 inch TV, and an additional sitting area which also features a small desk with high speed internet connection (bring your own laptop!).
Our heated and screened North-facing pool area features a bubbling spa, 2 sun loungers and outdoor seating for 8.

Additional information about rental rates
We also own the house next door (VRBO #150613) which features a Harry Potter themed room. Friends and family traveling together, ask about booking both side-by-side properties!
25% Deposit required to book dates. Balance is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking dates less than 60 days in advance, payment in full is required for booking.
We accept Master, Visa and personal or business checks (in US Funds)

13% Florida Sales Tax is NOT included in the prices above.
Pool heat is $25 per day additional (plus tax).
Seven Night minimum stay required (less than 30 days, 5 night minimums might be considered - we will not ever rent less than 5 nights). No additional clean fee for 7 night rentals. There is a clean fee for stays less than 7 nights of $110 (plus tax)

About the owner: Our family has traveled to Florida for a bi-annual vacation since the 70's!! We started renting in the late 90's and it wasn't long before we bought our first home and in 2005 we sold that home and bought 2 more in Windsor Hills (We also own VRBO #150613 RIGHT next door) which is a slightly updated and larger version of Windsor Palms. We are family owned and operated as my daughter Dawn handles most of our bookings while my wife and I have begun to enjoy the house as a vacation spot 2-3 times a year with our son and grandchildren! Dawn was so involved she actually moved to the Disney area, worked for Disney a couple years and eventually started her own management company and earned her Florida Real Estate license and she now manages our home with her full time staff. My wife and I reside in Brecksville, Ohio and I am the owner of Insta-Print Inc. in Parma, Ohio which is a small commercial print shop and mailing house. My daughter is very knowledgeable of the area and is now a resident of the Disney area going on 10 years so feel free to inquire with any questions you have!

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
We are a short walk to the clubhouse, nestled in the back corner of Basnett Circle so away from the main road traffic. Just around the corner from the well known Windsor Hills playground! Our homes features 4 bed rooms each with its own en suite bathroom! And our two masters feature full-size King beds with pillow top mattresses. Our guests often want to take our mattresses home with them!
