Our family was very pleased with our stay at your place. We loved being in town and having access to all it has to offer. The grocery store was catty-corner to our building and any direction we chose to walk led to something interesting. I actually had to visit the doctor while we were there and it was a lovely walk as well. Once we understood how to park we found a space directly across the street we were able to use our entire stay. It was so easy to get to the gondola and spend our time on the mountain. We checked our boots and skiis in at the yurt and the rest was simple. Our daughter enjoyed her room and made it her own while we were there. The kitchen was easy to work in and I loved that it was open to the rest of the floor. We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend it to a friend.

This condo was beautiful and a perfect accomodation for our party. It was stocked with everything you would need for a long weekend away. It was so close to everything. We were within walking distance to everything-Town Park, the Goldola, downtown, shopping, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Imagine arriving at a condo from vrbo that had toothpicks, spices, some condiments various other things that you would need for a week of eating in. Just doesn't happen any more except here. Grocery store less than a block away. Really nice wine store below at street level. Restaurants all around. Walked to ACE hardware on main street and purchased a miniature hdmi jack for my Android and streamed netflix movies from wi-fi all week. Wife even had to goto the Dr while there a 3 block walk. The whole town is convenient from this condo We had a lovely 9 days in Telluride. Suggestion: We parked our skis, boots and poles in the yurt at the top of the gondola. Walk one block to the gondola, enjoy the ride up, go into the yurt to change into ski boots, they put your families ski's on the snow. How nice is that !!! We will be renting this condo year to year....its about perfect in niceness and location. After something like 16 VRBO rentals enjoyed working with these owners the most. Although we didn't have any problems we received E Mail notifications of potential problems. Great Rental
Owner response:Thank you for the high compliments! We try really hard to make sure our guests have a great experience in our home away from home. Festivals & hiking in the summer are really great too - the fall colors will take your breath away!

Great location, nicely furnished and decorated with all of the media gagets and internet access that we needed. Plenty of space for my wife and I and our twenty something daughters. The off street parking worked out great for us. The owners were considerate and easy to work with.

The condo was perfect. The pictures on here do it no justice. The condo has been completely updated and it's very well apportioned. The owners have an open channel for communication and are very pleasant to deal with. I hope to stay here again in the near future. The location is perfect. Jason

We have stayed at this condo twice. Once with our new baby, and then a couple years later with both our toddler and baby. The layout is fantastic and there is lots of room. The place is tastefully decorated and clean. The location can't be beat. Right near the grocery store and the gondola. We LOVED our stays there. For a nice 3 bedroom condo, I thought the pricing was really fair. It also helped that there was assigned parking since parking on the street in Telluride can be hard. We didn't need to drive anywhere though. Pretty much everything is within walking distance!

This beautifully decorated condo more than lives up to the listing description and photos...it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is ideal; close to shops, restaurants, gondola and Town Park; yet still provides a quiet, comfortable refuge for relaxation at the end of the day. Our stay included the Bluegrass Festival and the owners were extremely helpful with related logistics and details. We would definitely recommend this property for outstanding accommodations in Telluride.

What a fantastic condo! The location couldn't be beat, as it was steps away from the Gondola, right in the middle of town. One of the nicest VRBO's I've seen. Every detail considered at this great condo. Thanks so much. Kim

We had a lovely time staying here! The property was beautifully decorated and was clean and well-maintained. We found this to be the perfect accomodations for our family getaway during the Christmas holiday. We especially liked the location (very short walk to the free gondola to get to the ski resort and also easily accessible to all of the Telluride town attractions). We also enjoyed the layout of the property which permitted additional privacy with two of the bedrooms and a bathroom located on a different level, which was convenient for us as we were travelling with a child (quiet space for napping!). There is a great market less than a block away where we purchased groceries, and there are also several restaurants that we visited within a couple of blocks of the property (we especially liked the pizza at Brown Dog and had a lovely Christmas dinner at Allred's on the mountain). The local library is less than a block away and has a wonderful children's library with a puppet theater, playhouse, computers, and more. This was a great escape for our toddler when it was too cold to play outside. Finally, we were especially impressed with the communication from the property management prior to our arrival and after our departure. They were courteous and incredibly helpful in planning our trip. My only negative comment is that the parking space is slightly small if you are driving a large vehicle (we had a extended cab, extended bed diesel pick-up truck that would not fit if the neighboring car encroached on the space a bit), but we were able to find street parking. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! We will come again!

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay in Telluride. This condo was perfect for our needs. The location can't be beat...we were steps away from the gondola, downtown, and (most importantly!) the bakery. The condo is equipped with all of the comforts of home. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. The parking space is a little tight if you have a large SUV, but we managed. Can't wait to visit again soon. Thanks Kelli and Steve!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, walking distance to everywhere we went in Telluride. Kelli was thoughtful and professional in handling our arrangements. We highly recommend staying here and plan to stay here again.

Our family had an incredible visit to Telluride - and the accomodations were superb! Kelli's condo was perfectly located for all of our needs; grocery store, restaurants, park, gondola, shopping. We were all comfortable in the condo for a growing family of 2 parents, 3 small children under age 5 and our au pair who even had her own private room. Thanks again for making our trip a wonderful memory! The Menke's Denver, CO

My daughters and I really enjoyed our time at your condo. We have stayed in many condos and cabins and yours was by far the most comfortable. Your amenities were outstanding and the location is great, "100 steps to the gondola" had us a little worried, but it was plenty close and provided the ability to ski back for lunch. It was very nice having the humidifiers that high winter mountain air gets very dry. Overall, an outstanding stay, thank you for sharing your condo and we will be calling again.

Our group so enjoyed our stay at Kelli & Steve's condo. They did a beautiful job decorating and we were very comfortable. The location was perfect...we frequently visited the grocery store and bakery across the street. Being only a couple of blocks from the festival grounds made carrying our gear easy.

Comment Text: Needle Rock Unit #2 is a great place to stay. It has everything you could ask for. This condo has been beautifully remodeled with a great deal of attention to style and detail, right down to the nice soap and lotion in the bathrooms. The location is perfect for quick access to both summer and winter activities, as well as, to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone going to Telluride.
