Escape, relax, and rejuvenate, on the beautiful powder white beaches and emerald waters, located in Destin, Florida. With 1430 square feet, this spacious condo has all the comforts of home. Newly added FREE UNLIMITED WIRELESS INTERNET!!! This unit is located on the 6th floor of Tower 1 directly on the beach. The OPEN BALCONY, with access from both the family room and master bedroom, provides a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The Family Room has a 32" Flat Screen LCD TV and dvd/vhs combo. There are 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the large family room. New Master bedroom furniture has King bed, New Flat Screen LCD TV, with dvd and Recliner. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with TV/VCR/DVD. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes WASHER & DRYER. NEW walk in SHOWER in the master bath and new tub in guest bath (MAY 2011) NEW custom BLACKOUT Draperies were installed throughout the entire condo in January 2009. A NEW KING SIZE MATTRESS AND BOX SPRINGS were put in the Master Bedroom May 2009.
Located in the heart of Destin, you are just minutes away from some of the best attractions and adventures, of the Florida Panhandle. Some of our favorite attractions include the Big Kahuna Water Park, Destin Commons(upscale shopping with RAVE theater), Silver Sands Outlet Center, The Track recreation center(go-cart track), and The Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Emerald Coast offers fine golf courses, causal and fine dining, and has one of the largest fishing fleets in Florida. Watersport adventures, relaxing cruises, and Dolphin Encounters at the Gulfarium, are just a few ways to explore the fun of the Gulf Coast.

Great Last Minute Find!

We had originally planned to travel to the east coast for vacation, but Hurricane Irene made us change our plans at the last minute. I had heard about the Destin area and was lucky enough to find this condo. It is very spacious and well decorated, and convenient to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The balcony was our favorite spot for breakfast every morning as we enjoyed the ocean view. Within two minutes we were out of the condo and sitting in our chairs on the soft white sand at the beach. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and was a pleasure to work with. We felt safe, comfortable and relaxed during our week stay in this lovely condo on the beach.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I guess all of the condos at Shoreline Towers are nice, but I do believe I stayed in one of the nicest ones. As a mid 70's lady on vacation with my niece I was looking for quality, comfort, safety and convenience. The quality is evident in the well kept property but the interior of this unit quickly let's you know that the owners won't settle for less than the best. The owners thought about everything and then they provided it for our use. I'm not much for long walks on the beach. As a matter of fact I don't want a long walk just to get to the beach......again this place was just perfect . The location was great, it's only a matter of steps from the edge of the property to the beach chairs that were waiting for me. Also, knowing there was 24/7 security on the property gave me the feeling of being very safe and secure. The unit, the beach and the nice people that we met during our stay will have me making return visits.

My family and I totally enjoyed our vacation in Destin and we will try to get this condo again when we come to Destin again. Weather was perfect, condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need to enjoy yourself. My favorite thing to do was sit on the balcony with a book, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds. My grandchildren, who are 4 and 10 months had a great time. My wife also enjoyed herself. We had no complaints. The owner was very friendly and honest. Everything was exactly how it was presented. This is a first class beachfront condo with a great view of the beach. The two bed room unit is beautifully furnished for vacation living away from home and perfect for a family of four. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and will definitely definitely rent the unit again if we return to Destin. Accessability to the beach and pool were great.

This was our first time to stay in Destin and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was very nice and super clean. The beach was steps from the elevator and the pool was perfect for our kids. Definitely somewhere we will stay again.

We loved our stay at this condo. It is right on the beach. The view from the balcony is wonderful, what a wonderful place to have coffee and breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. We plan on staying here again.

This condo is great. View of the beach is awesome and the open balcony was perfect for breakfast and happy hour. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all sizes pots/pans/dishes. Wonderful having a washer/dryer in the unit. We have stayed at another location for about 15 years and decided to try a new location. This unit at Shoreline was exactly what we were looking for and plan to return next year. Beach Chairs and umbrella are available through the beach service and they leave the umbrellas up until 7:00 or 7:30 which is a plus. Owners are very friendly and will answer all your questions.

My husband and I spent a week at this condo to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and had the best vacation we have ever experienced. We were impressed by the clear water and white beach so much we had the kids come stay for the last 2 days. I loved the beach and the view from the condo was perfect (the view is very important to me). The condo was large and was nicely/newly decorated with high quality furniture. My husband is picky and really liked the mattresses. We enjoyed not only the clear water in Destin (which is like the Caribbean), but also the outlet mall, great restaurants (ask someone about the Village, water sports (saw dalphins while jet skiing), & half day spa treatments at Serentity by the Sea Day Spa. GREAT PLACE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! We will be a repeat customer.

Great place to stay. We had such a great vacation. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. It is right on the Gulf. The condo is very spacious. Plenty of room for all. The furniture is super nice.
