Our condominium complex is small, family owned and run, with a beach bar and an airport pickup service. There are more local and international restaurants just a short walk down the beach in town. Our unit is artistically and tastefully decorated with all the amenities of home. You can brew your coffee and electrically squeeze fresh OJ as you stare at the sea.
GREAT BEACH!! Excellent snorkeling, scuba, kayaking and swimming right outside your door. We have shade, lounge chairs and beach toys and games. Completely wheelchair accessible with a beach wheelchair.

Puerto Morelos is a totally unique and interesting town that only allows three story buildings with protected mangrove groves so that the town is not overdeveloped. I have been to Puerto Morelos 5 times and have spent 3 of those at Casita Blanca. I have always had a wonderful experience. The condo is clean and well equipped. The gardens are beautiful and the ocean is just outside. Roberto and his family are wonderful managers and will assist with whatever is needed. Puerto Morelos is only a short walk down the beach. I can't wait to go again.

We first stumbled upon this small group of condo's about 4 years ago when walking around Puerto Morelos with our 2 young (pre-school) children, looking for somewhere to stay for 2 nights. Roberto (the on-site manager) was great and although the apartment we rented wasn't perfect (NOT Lynn's apartment I hasten to say!) we loved the location & returned a week later, this time staying for 5 nights. Roll the clock forward 3 years to 2009, & we decide to take another family holiday to Mexico. We love to visit new places when we travel & yet Puerto Morelos lured us back! I was trawling the Web for places to stay & was delighted to come across Lynn's apartment in Casitas Blancas. It is just the sort of place we love - functional & well equipped, but with character & charm & a laid-back feel. We felt at home the moment we arrived. It's perfect with young children, but I can't think of any group it wouldn't appeal to - apart, perhaps, from 'party animals' as it's too far from the action. In my opinion, that's a good thing! If I ever need to escape the stresses & strains of everyday life, I just close my eyes & picture myself walking along the beach outside Casitas Blancas - barefoot in the soft white sand & looking out across the beautiful blue ocean. I know we'll be back..............

The house was cozier than most rentals with videos to watch, toys and games for my daughter, lots of kitchen equipment, local? (or by owner?) art on the walls, etc. more like a home swap than a rental unit. Having it on the first floor near the pool was convenient. The manager of the complex was very, very nice as were his kids. My daughter played with his daughter and was even invited over to their house to play. The pool was pretty and the beach was close and sandy. The snorkeling directly off shore wasn't very good (sandy bottom) but we paid $20/head and went out to the reef which was great. The town is more authentic-feeling than the others in the area and reminded us of the towns we used to visit driving around Mexico twenty years ago.

Me my wife and daughter stayed here 2 separate times, and we will continue to go back. This roomy condo has all of the amenities of a hotel but with the exclusion of crowds but. Amazing safe town just minuets away with supermarket to buy food & cook at the condo, or there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Relaxing is the word of the trip as this is all you can do at this place. the beach is gorgeous and no crowds. close to the highway and near all of the major attractions. plenty to do on the beach snorkeling ect: the condo is well kept and is decorated with a unique styles that will make you feel like its your own home. the central air is perfect for the hot nights and even a well placed hammock where you can watch the sunrise from. YOU NEED TO RENT THIS PLACE!!!!!

Great value beachfront condo in Puerto Morelos

We spent a week in this condo in Puerto Morelos back in November ’09. The condo itself is simple, but well appointed, and suited our family of 4 just fine. The condo opens out directly on to the pool and is literally 20 metres from the beach. You can see the sea from the living area and patio, and we spent several evenings here relaxing either prior or after a journey into town. Nice to have a decent kitchen with kids, and this condo did not disappoint. The second bedroom is not bricked in all the way to the ceiling and is subject to a little noise from the living area, so we put our little one to bed in the master and moved him later on. To those who have never been to Puerto Morelos, the town itself is a little gem. Incredible that it can remain so low-key nestled between the two biggest tourist destinations in the region. Town is about 15-20mins walk either along the beach or the road. It is a pleasant stroll, with a couple of restaurants and watering holes along the way. If you do want to go to Cancun or Playa, it is a short, cheap bus trip from the station on the highway. The onsite manager, Roberto, is absolutely fantastic. He provided us excellent advice and assistance on a number of occasions. Lynn was great to deal with and overall we found her condo exceptional value for money. If we were to return to Puerto Morelos, we would certainly try to stay in this condo again.

My two week stay at Casito Blanco with my wife was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've ever had. I love the place, the location....the sheer beauty of the sunrises everyday...the walks on the beach, to the little village...... We've decided to came back as soon as possible.
