Unique luxurious home in Spanish Wells, with optional golf/tennis membership, in a gated and guarded community three miles from Barefoot beach. Located on a golf course separated by a pond, this beautifully landscaped property has 2300 square feet of cooled living space plus 2800 square feet in the lanai.
The living and dining areas are tatstefully furnished and open onto a magnificently landscaped lanai with heated pool, spa and waterfalls. Palm trees and Bird of Paradise flower in the lanai and provide shaded areas. Enjoy sitting by the pool surrounded by lush flowering tropical plants as a great blue heron lands in the pond next to you.
And only a few minutes away from Barefoot Beach and Lover's Key.

The private golf course is an excellent 27-hole facility. Par 72 and 7000 yards from the tips. A transfer fee ($265 per month) gives you all of the privileges of the owner. Priority tee times, unlimited use of the driving range, chipping and putting greens. No greens fees, cart fees only. Guests welcome. May to October play at 60 area courses with full reciprocal privileges. Enjoy the 23,000 square foot clubhouse in the evening for dinner or just visit the pub. Tennis courts and a 24-hour gym are available for your use as part of the membership.
Master bathroom suite has a walk-in closet, private bath with Jacuzzi and shower overlooking a private garden. Two guest bedrooms, one with king bed and one with twin beds share a bath, also with Jacuzzi tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided; new washer, new dryer on-site. Well-equipped kitchen with Corian counters, new refrigerator and DW, and gas grill in the lanai, provide everything needed for entertainment, together with ample counter seating in the kitchen, formal dining inside and informal outside in the lanai. Wide screen TV in living area and TV in master bedroom, both with DVD. Cable modem for high-speed wireless Internet access and a fax/printer/copier are available, although we discourage working while on vacation. Ample books, and movies. We also provide beach chairs, bikes, and a cooler for those unbelievable sunsets.

We had seen this house before, but it exceeded what we remembered . For the two months we were here the house continued to get better and better. Sitting in the lanai overlooking the pond and golf course is immensely relaxing. The owners were totally responsive to all our needs. We know the Spanish Wells community and appreciated the golf and tennis experience. We will return.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This was the second time we rented this wonderful villa - we usually try new hotels or vacations homes when we are in the US cause you always find new treasures - but why keep searching when one already has found heaven? :) This is case with this breathtaking villa in Bonita Springs. Let me explain why: BOOKING PROCESS: The owners are very helpful with the booking-process and answers all questions almost immediately - you are very well informed from the beginning and you will even receive a lil brochure with mail way ahead your vacation. THE COMMUNITY: Spanish Wels is a great gated community almost in the middle between Fort Myers and Naples - the perfect place to relax, shop, dine or spend time on the nearby beaches! The guys at the gate are very friendly - and cause of this gate your really feel very secure. From the 2 times we have stayed there we have to say that it's a real "quiet" community - perfect to relax. THE VILLA: The villa itself is wonderfully furnished - all the interior shows great taste - it's a place where you feel welcome and "home" the moment you walk through the door. Both times we have been to the villa it was perfectly cleaned and there was a "welcome" basket waiting for us - very nice! From the tvs to the wireless internet to the kitchen appliances - everything works great. THE LANAI & POOL AREA The real treat tho is the lanai and pool area. That is what really sets this villa apart from all the other homes we have stayed at - if heaven has a branch in Bonita Springs - this is it. The only thing you have to do is relax and enjoy - the setting is all here... From the screened lanai you look onto the golf course and there is a golf-course-lake right in front of the pool. It's fun watching the occasional golfers from the pool or hot tub! :) MANAGEMENT On our first visit we broke the key when we arrived - we called the Management and 15 minutes later (it was a Saturday night) we were presented a new key - perfect. AFTER RETURNING HOME Both times we had the cheque with the security deposit in our mail only a few days after we had returned home - so we really can say that to rent this villa is a perfect experience from start to finish. We really hope to be able to come back to our "part of heaven" asap and in the meantime only can recommend this beautiful villa for everyone who searches for a luxury and relaxing villa on Florida's gulf coast.Owner response: This review, while in English, was submitted by one of our many European guests, this one from Austria. We absolutely loved our stay at your house. Your home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The lanai was full of blooming plants and sitting by the pool was like sitting in a lush tropical garden. It is very private and totally protected by the foliage and a pond, and yet there was always sun. The sunsets beyond the lanai are fantastic. The house was well supplied, down to the spices and the beach umbrella and chairs. Thank you for the welcome basket full of goodies. The grapefruit and lemon trees were a bonus! The one time we did have a question, you were very responsive. We would not think twice about recommending your beautiful property to our friends and hope to return in the near future. Thank you! Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr in einem Ferienhaus in Bonita Springs, doch diese Villa, in der Gated Community Spanish Wells, übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Die Villa war in allen Belangen ein absoluter Traum: Lage: Die Lage der Villa in der gepflegten Golfanlage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Häuser liegen weit auseinander, man hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und der Pool ist nahezu uneinsehbar. Barefoot Beach und Delor Wiggins Pass State Park sind in nur ca. 10-15 Autominuten erreichbar. Bonita Beach in 5-10 Minuten. Haus: Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, sehr großer Wohn/-Essbereich, Raum für Waschmaschine und Trockner. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Neben dem großen Wohn-/Esszimmer ist vor allem der Masterbedroom mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und traumhaftem Bad ein weiteres Highlight. Der große Wohnraum ist offen und hell mit toller indirekter Beleuchtung und einer großen Glasschiebetür zur Terasse und Pool. Das Haus hat eine moderne und leise Klimaanlage, ist super gepflegt und tip top sauber. Ausstattung: Wirklich alles (!) was man braucht ist da. Auch Tücher, Waschmittel, Seife etc. für die ersten Tage. Genügend Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Trockner, sogar ein kostenloser Internet Anschluß. Pool: Unbeschreiblich schön und groß. Der beheizbare Pool und Spa ist auf versetzten Ebenen mit Palmen und Bananenstauden umwachsen. Moderne Ess-Möbel und Poolliegen runden das Bild ab. Abends ist es wunderbar beleuchtet und der beheizbare Spa ist toll zum Entspannen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben jederzeit Auskunft. Im Haus sind für alle Fälle genügend Telefonnummern für Ansprechpartner vor Ort hinterlegt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Schauen Sie die Bilder an. Sie sind wahrhaft! Alle Beschreibungen entsprechen nicht nur der Realität, sie werden übertroffen. Dieses Haus bietet auch für Familien ein luxuriöses Ambiente mit hohem Wohlfühl-F aktor. Alles TipTop. Nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns mit allem sofort vertraut gefühlt. Der Weber-Gasgrill lässt das Herz eines jeden Grillfans sofort höher schlagen. Die romantisch eingewachsene Poollandschaft ist einzigartig und lädt immer wieder aufs neue zum Baden ein. Unsere drei Kinder waren begeistert. Man muss in der Gegend lange suchen und wird nur wenig Vergleichbares finden. Unsere Anfragen im Vorfeld hat Nancy stets prompt, kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. So konnten wir gut vorbereitet anreisen. Der Service vor Ort war freundlich und sofort zur Stelle wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Der wöchentliche Poolservice stets diskret. In der Umgebung erreicht man mit dem Auto alles was man benötigt. Die Lage ist ideal. Zum Vanderbildtstrand fährt man nur 10min und kann das Auto den ganzen Tag für kleines Geld im Parkhaus abstellen. Dieses Haus macht Lust auf mehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
