Unique luxurious home in Spanish Wells, a gated and guarded community three miles from the beach. Located on the golf course next to a pond, this beautifully landscaped property has 2300 square feet of cooled living space plus 2800 square feet in the screened lanai.
The living and dining areas are beautifully furnished and open onto the magnificently landscaped lanai with heated pool, spa and waterfalls. Palm trees and Bird of Paradise flower under the lanai only steps from your door and provide shaded areas. Imagine sitting under the palm trees as a great blue heron lands in the pond next to you.
Master bathroom suite has a walk-in closet, private bath with Jacuzzi and shower overlooking a private garden. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with twin beds share a bath, also with Jacuzzi tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided; washer, dryer on-site. Well-equipped kitchen with Corian counters and gas grill in the lanai provide everything needed for entertainment, together with ample counter seating in the kitchen, formal dining inside and informal outside in the lanai.
Wide screen TV in the living area and TV in the master bedroom, both with DVD and VCR. Cable modem for high-speed wireless Internet access and a fax/printer/copier are available, although we discourage working while on vacation.
We also provide beach chairs, bikes, and a cooler for those unbelievable sunsets.
The golf course is an excellent 27-hole facility. You can play a different 18 holes each day, par 72 and 7000 yards from the tips. This is a private golf course, not open to the public, and a transfer fee ($250 per month) gives you all of the privileges of the owner. Priority tee times, unlimited use of the driving range, chipping and putting greens. No greens fees, cart fees $23pp. Guests welcome. May to October play at 60 area courses with full reciprocal privileges. Enjoy the 23,000 square foot clubhouse in the evening for dinner or just visit the pub. Tennis courts and a 24-hour gym are included in the membeship.

April & Dec: $6,000/month, $1,600/week (2 week Christmas rental @ $4,000).
May 1 - June 15, Oct & Nov: $5,000/month, $1,400/week, 2 week minimum
Jun 16 -Sep .. $4,200/month, $1,300/week, 2 week minimum.
$1000 security deposit, $200 cleaning fee, 11% Florida tax.
$250 golf and tennis membership transfer fee, if desired.
Electric up to $200 monthly (pro-rated weekly) included.
