This 2 story unit with vaulted ceilings has an oversized master bedroom with a king size bed and abundant closet space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. Both have ceiling fans, cable television and full private baths with separate dressing areas. Beautifully decorated in a subdued tropical theme with new ceramic tile downstairs, the dining room has seating for six. Sliding glass doors open to a screened lanai with a new wicker and glass patio set. The living room has two love seats and two recliners for relaxing in front of the entertainment unit. Sliding glass doors off the living room open to a bougainvillea and hibiscus surrounded patio with all weather table & chairs. There is a powder room on the first floor.

All of the accessories are new in the fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, small appliances and more. There is a breakfast bar with two stools, and ceiling fans in the kitchen as well as the dining room.

The utility room has a full sized washer and dryer and storage cabinets. In the attached garage you will find lounge chairs, beach chairs, beach umbrella, two bicycles, fishing poles and a gas grill. Rinse the sand off from the beach or wash your car with your own private hoses on the patio and in your driveway. The air conditioning unit is new. For your convenience, the air conditioner, plumbing, heating and telephone all have service contracts. This condo is equipped for light housekeeping.

  • What a wonderful place to rest and relax. The condo has everything one needs for your stay from a perfectly appointed kitchen to comfortable beds to beach chairs. The interior is tastfully decorated, the grounds are perfectly maintained and the beautiful beach is steps away. I can't say enough about this property and highly recommend it.

  • I can not say enough about my stay in this wonderful townhome. Not only is everything kept in brand new condition it is also top of the line. There was nothing more I could ask for!! The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to in the world. It was great to be able to just walk down the beach a short distance and stop for drinks and lunch. I would highly recommend staying here. I don't think you could ask for a more pleasant stay.
