Immaculate, fully renovated 3000 square foot home in historic 1920's Laundry. Three bedroom (master and two luxurious loft queen beds) perfect for larger family, shares or romantic getaways for couples. Eat under the skylight in the enormous dining room, capable of seating many for supper. Relax in the large airy living room. Cook like a gourmet in the large upscale kitchen, BBQ on the outdoor back patio gas range, eat outside on the outdoor patio, all wonderful for family or a group of friends, or an intimate weekend for two. In addition to the master bedroom, there is a large sleeping loft with luxurious queen beds on either end. The beds are on opposite ends of the 3000 sq ft home, but are not separated by a wall.
This house is located in an ideal location, on a dead end quiet street in the village of Greenport, but minutes from the L.I. Sound best beaches, the state beach in Orient, and all of the great waterfront on the bay. If you haven't been to the north fork there are over 40 vineyards in the area for tasting, great seafood restaurants (3min walk from house), bars, farmers markets, tennis courts, kayaking, sailing, carnivals etc.
The Laundry is easy to reach from New York City, via the Hamptons Jitney, or the Long Island Railroad. It is less than a five minute walk to from either. Driving by car is less than two hours, door to door from downtown manhattan.
