Experience traditional Greek hospitality in our family operated hotel - budget accommodation in the most tranquil and exclusive location in the Saronic Gulf!
Our hotel consists of 27 double rooms some of which can take an extra bed (camp bed). All our comfortable rooms are en-suite with air-conditioning, TV, fridge and breathtaking sea views from the balcony or terrace.
Rates include a rich buffet breakfast which is served in our breakfast room or on the beautiful open terrace overlooking the sea.
Cold drinks and home-cooked meals, made from the finest local ingredients, are served throughout the day and into the evening at very reasonable prices. Fresh fish to order straight from the fishing boat to the barbecue grill.
Kavos Bay Hotel is located in a dream location only 1,500m (15 minute walk) from the town center/port. It’s romantic, secluded and just far enough away from the noise of the crowds.
A FREE SHUTTE BUS SERVICE is available everyday to and from the center/port and main beach, starting at 07:00. and running up until 23:00 from April to October.
Swimming, Snorkeling and Fishing are possible right in front of the hotel at our private rocky beach.
Only a 3 minute walk through the shady pine forest leads to a secluded pebble beach with crystal clear waters. You can snorkel, swim, or just read a good book under the natural shade of pine trees. The long sandy beach is only 1,500m away and offers a range of water activities, if that is what you prefer.
FREE BEACH EQUIPMENT is available to our guests during teir stay (beach umbrellas, sunbeds, air floats, snorkeling masks, etc...)
By choosing to stay at Kavos Bay you can, if you wish, visit the islands of Hydra, Poros, Angistri, Methana and Athens as often as you like, as there are many boat connections each day and the boat journey is only an hour.

Why the Owner Chose Aegina Island
SOMETHING ABOUT OURSELVES:
We are Irene and Nikos, a married couple with 3 daughters, Kelly - 26, Anthi - 23 and Ioanna - 21. We own and family run the Kavos Bay Hotel located on the island of Aegina. Grandpa Yiannis and grandma Anthoula built and operated the place until 2004 when they decided to retire. We chose to buy it from them because we loved the location, spectacular sea views, beautiful nature settings and the positive energy that surrounds it. With our home base in Athens it was very convenient since Aegina is only an hour away by ferry. Kavos Bay has become our second home since we spend 3 winter months in Athens and 9 spring/summer/fall months in Aegina. We don't see Kavos Bay as a business as it is a way of life for us, a lifestyle that suits our personalities. We see our hotel guests as personal friends, who have chosen to come not only to enjoy a peaceful holiday, but mostly because they want to be part of the Kavos Bay Family. We feel blessed that we are able to live in this genuine "Nature Paradise" and we invite all to come and share this simple but beautiful experience with us.
The Unique Benefits of this Hotel
Picking ripe organic tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden to make a "Real Greek Salad" served with home made feta cheese, plump olives from our olive trees, pure olive oil, herbs, fresh bread and a glass of chilled house wine is a real delight.
