You walk into a floor-to-ceiling, Ocean view as if you were in the Stateroom of a Cruise Ship the Ocean is everywhere. The rooms are spacious wide and airy.Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms. It has beige marble floors throughout and is furnished in Tommy Bahama Island Style. Master/King sized bedroom is carpeted. 2nd /Kingsized suite has wood floors.
All bedrooms have TV 42 inch flat screen in master and 37 in the guest bedroom.. Living room has 60 inch TV. Glass/and Rattan Dining room table and 6 chairs. 6x33 ft. terrace with lounge chairs and dining table overlooking the Ocean and pool. Nicely appointed bathrooms with tubs/ showers. Large closets. Large well equipped Kitchen all amenties. Oceanfront Gym.
Next Door to The Diplomat Residences and Westin Diplomat Hotel which has Water Sports Dining on the Ocean and at Marina i. Boat Rentals and Water Taxi to Ft. Lauderdale and South Beach. Close to the BroadWalk and a variety of places to dine.

Where do I start. From the moment you open the door your mouth will drop on the views from basically every room. The apartment is extremely clean, fresh and well decorated. You get the feel your on vacation. This apartment is great for couples or families. My daughter enjoyed the 33ft long balcony. The views from the balcony is stunning. During the day you see and hear the wonderful beach and at night you can see all the lovely lights from the neighboring hotels.(westin diplomat). Both bedrooms were extremely comfortable just like our bed at home. The kitchen had everything that we needed to make unbelievable meals every day. The wifi in the apartment works very well and it also works on the beach. that was amazing. The pool was clean and the gym was super clean and new,, not to mention facing the ocean. The beach and ocean was very clean and the waters were extremely clear. The parking spot was reserved and located in a great area. The BBQ was easily located, and was usually always free, very simple to use. If u dont have matches ask the front desk. The apartment overall was more than we expected. Super clean. We appreciated the owners professionalism and how she maintains and cleans her apartmnet at the highest level. That is why we wanted to do the same and keep the apartment clean and make sure when we left, that it was as clean as when we got it. Eventhough we knew that a cleaning lady would be coming in after us. To The place is a dream come true. Ps. If your a shopper,,, Aventura Mall is 8 minutes away. The best mall I've ever seen in my life.

This unit is well appointed and well cared for. The ocean view from the living room, dining room, and veranda is incredible. Both the master suite and 2nd bedroom are large, very comfortable, and both have large closets. The kitchen, although typically small, is nicely equipped. The only negative was the lack of bake ware which, unless you purchase disposable pans, makes using the oven limited. We were not disappointed when we opened the door for the first time. The unit is beautiful. Being the corner unit, it is very quiet. Alexander Towers itself is well maintained and clean. We found the staff to be friendly and quite helpful. We loved the pool - large and kept heated so early morning swims in Feb. were enjoyable! The owner contacted us throughout our stay to ascertain whether everything was going well. She obviously takes pride in this unit and it shows. The Alexander Towers is a short drive from major shopping and dining. The Broadwalk is a short ride or, if you are active, a nice walk or bike ride from the Towers and offers a variety of dining, shopping, and typical tourist beach attractions. It's the alter ego to the quiet, relaxed atmosphere at the Towers. We loved staying in this unit and at Alexander Towers. We definitely do recommend this property.
Owner response:My unit is pristine and is well equipped with top of the line Tommy Bahama furniture and is decorated in Island style each bedroom as high quality King Size Beds and my intention is to make your stay as much your home as it is mine. The kitchen is loaded with all top of the line cookware and there is a drawer that is on the bottom of the stove that houses a large assortment of baking trays and roasting pans and glass oven cookware you will find them if you open the drawer. I provide a beautiful place in a lovely small European building it is the best pool on the beach in Hollywood. You hear and see the Ocean at all times and if you like listing to Gods Breath which is what I call the sound of the Ocean get ready for a peaceful state of mind. If you like being lulled to sleep this is the place to come.
