This beautifully renovated villa is complete with new cabinets, stainless appliances, tile floors, corian countertops, 80 gallon water heater and new air conditioner. Check out our other villa "Barefoot Oceanview" 95169.
This two bedroom, two bath villa is conveniently located in building one at Hilton Head Resort, 663 William Hilton Pkwy, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Enjoy a view of the lagoon from your private balcony, master bedroom and living area. Views of the pool can be seen from the kitchen and second bedroom.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep ten comfortably. Movies, books and games are provided for your enjoyment.
The gorgeous kitchen is fully-equipped. It includes refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven dishwasher, all cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, large stock pot (for your low country boil) and spice rack. If you don"t feel like cooking, just order from the island grill and deli downstairs. Did you forget something? Purchase it from the onsite store. Closed during winter months - reopens in March.
The master bedroom is beautiful with a tropical theme complete with king-size bed, ceiling fan, television, as well as a private bath with a hair dryer, tub and shower. Go to sleep with your window open and listen to the fountain in the lagoon.
The second bedroom is furnished with two sets of bunkbeds with twins on the top and double beds on the bottom, that can sleep up to six people. We also provide a crib/playpen. A full bath is just outside the door complete with a hair dryer.
Just an eight minute walk (or ride the golf cart) across our private boardwalk (no roads to cross) to the secluded beach. Enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh that is abundant with wildlife including egrets, herons and crabs. At the beach there is a private cabana that serves food and drinks, play beach volleyball(may not available during winter months). We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a rolling cooler. All you need to bring is your beach towel and sunblock!
Our gated resort is centrally located at mile marker 7 with 24 hour security. Enjoy our amenities which include two outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool plus kiddie pool. Brush up your tennis game on one or our six lighted tennis courts. Take a jog on our new indoor jogging track or work out on our new exercise equipment, then rejuvenate yourself in the sauna or hot tub. All of this is included free with your stay. Bike rentals can be delivered to your villa. Free wireless beside indoor pool and in the villa.

We read the reviews, looked at the photos, but were still skeptical. You know too good to be true for the price thinking. We took our chances and were so very surprised.....it's all true. How can so much be packed into only 900 sq. feet. The owner's descriptions and added extras are all there ready for you to use as your own. The unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked with the basics and all the extras (cooler, chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, etc.) The only thing we missed was a washer and dryer, actually in the unit. The people that actually worked at the complex were very helpful and friendly as well. We really enjoyed the beach and its beauty. We are used to the gulf coast beaches and had a blast actually finding whole sand dollars and the ability to build sand castles that hold their shapes. We will most certainly return to this unit and any others these owner may rent!! Rent this beautiful unit and you will not be disappointed.

This was our first stay at this particular condo. We weren't sure what to expect. The pictures looked great! Honestly, the condo was small than expected but we enjoyed our visit. We weren't able to get into the unit at 4:00 as anticipated. The cleaning crew was still cleaning and didn't finish until about 5:30. We sat at the Grille by the pool while waiting. Parking wasn't as convenient as other places we stayed. However, overall we had a great visit. Loved the Coco Grill at the end of the board walk at the beach. We plan on renting this unit again! Thanks!!

Hilton Head was an awesome place to vacation! Shelia we want to thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo - we couldn't of asked for a better place on the ocean. We walked to the ocean every day - it was an easy walk that only took us about five to ten minutes depending on how fast we wanted to walk! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay - the beach chairs, cooler and toys in the closet were an extra added bonus! The children loved having their own set of bunk beds! Thank you again for answering all of my questions and concerns - the material you had in the condo about Hilton Head was also very helpful! The lighthouse was great as was the dolphin excursion! We can't wait to return - there was so much more we wanted to do! I have to say it was one of our best vacations!!

I would highly recommend this resort and this particular unit. The top floor unit is a bonus as I would imagine it is quieter on the top floors and nice to be able to keep the windows and balcony doors open throughout the day and night for the fresh air. I especially liked building #1 overlooking the pool. We found the unit to be very clean and every item that I could imagine I would need was there for our use (from a spice rack, crock pot, various glass ware, etc. in the kitchen to hair dryers and vanity shelves in the bathroom). The resort staff is also very friendly, and the resort is well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of my stay. Between the resort amenities and the condo unit amenities, I never lacked for anything. Shelia was very responsive and easy to work with. This was my first VRBO experience (I have always worked through property managers in the past) and found it to be a good experience and will use VRBO again. When I return to Hilton Head, I definitely plan to stay at this resort and in this unit, if available. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Hilton Head Stay for Reasonable Price

The condo was very nice and reasonably priced. It is on the fourth floor so moving in and out was a little challenging but, other than that, we felt it was clean and in a great location. It isn't right on the ocean but has a private beach that is accessible via a long boardwalk. For those that don't want to walk, there are golf cart shuttles that run frequently. We went to Cocos on the beach a couple of times and really enjoyed that. The beach itself is beautiful. Very soft, clean sand and not too crowded. The complex has tennis courts and several pools which were nice and not too crowded. The outdoor pool has a small store and a restaurant that had good food, especially for lunch. The food prices were reasonable. The complex is located just off William Hilton Parkway and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We brought a lot of food with us but, next time, will just buy supplies when we get there. All in all, we had a great time and hope to go back next summer.
Owner response:Thank you, we also love Coco's and our pool deli! The fourth floor is the top floor, so you never hear anyone above you. There are elevators 2 doors down from our villa. Also, there are designated parking spaces for loading and unloading near the elevators. We also provide a rolling cart inside the villa.

Arriving at the condo we incountered a few problems, but once called owner they were taken care of. Our trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. The condo was smaller then we thought it would be, was suppose to sleep 10 but we found it just right for 5. Could use more kitchen gadgets. We would do it again.
