We loved the place. Big enough fot two people. Nicely updated and clean. Condo had everything beach chairs towels etc.We stayed at the end of February and whale watching was awesome. Hopeto come back longer next year

We booked this unit in January, 2012 as we'd enjoyed our stay last year so much. We encountered a complication and contacted the owner of this unit. Nicola's response was immediate and over and above expectations. She spent lots of time helping resolve the issue so that our vacation could continue. She turned a situation that could have been disastrous into a mild inconvenience. Although I have not met the owners in person, I have no hesitation at all in recommending doing business with them.

This was our second stay at Kihei Bay Surf, the first in this unit. We had a great 10 days! Love the friendly atmosphere of KBS - residents and other vacationers are equally welcoming and a wealth of information. This condo was clean and very well stocked, included pretty much everythng we needed. Road noise was present, but we found that running the air conditioner at night was enough to block any annoyance. Had the most incredible whalewatching ever, including a 2 hour personal, up-close with a very curious young adult whale - he watched us as much as we watched him! Thanks so much for providing a home base for our escape from the snows of Minnesota!

The unit was clean. We would recommend the unit to others. Great location to restaurants, beaches & groceries. First floor is a plus. Quiet & complex is well maintained. Plenty of convenient parking. Everything you want, beach chairs, mats, bogey boards, coolers, snorkels & children's beach toys.

The unit was clean. We would recommend the unit to others. We suggest you please supply a large salad bowl. Everything was great. No complaints! We like the "homey" feel with all the little added extras!

Unit was clean. We would recommend unit to others. Nicola - Thanks for taking care of our cleaning problem so quickly. The only other problems we had were related to flooding in Kihei - which was pretty much an act of God! Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend your unit to others.

The unit was clean. We would recommend this unit to others. This condo was spotless! We loved our stay in this condo! Very clean, wonderful decor! Nice home feel! Comfy bed and fun beach toys...Overall a fantastic place to stay. We got so attached we wanted to stay in rather than go out!:)

The unit was clean. We would recommend this unit to others. Very nice condo. We enjoyed the beach chairs, cooler and snorkel gear. Nice location - it was a pretty nice central location that didn't take too long for us to get to other great spots on the island. Kitchen was well equiped and we enjoyed using the grill by the pool.
