Enjoy privacy and seclusion in our Greenwood Forest home in Sea Pines. The house is about a ten-minute bike ride to a quiet beach or a two-minute car ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club with parking and beach bar restaurant. The community center, with a pool, basketball court, tennis court and children’s playground, is just a walk away.
Our home has been completely redecorated with new furniture, bedding and kitchen utensils and cookware. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The loft has a twin bed and a futon (double bed) with a ½ bath.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling with a fireplace and a wall of windows that allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The den has a pullout couch and a 32" cabled, flat screen TV with DVD player.
The corian kitchen has all updated appliances, new cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. The dining area has a glass round table which will sit six plus counter stools.
Extras include a gas grill and outdoor furniture on a beautiful deck with forest views. There is a one-car garage with beach chairs,boggie boards and four bikes that are for the use of our quests. Attached to the garage is an outdoor shower, which is perfect after a day at the beach. All enjoy a smoke free environment.
