This hacienda style home has an amazing private courtyard encircled by four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three fireplaces and includes a private pool and spa. The fourth bedroom in the main house has its own entrance and can also serve as an office or independent living unit .
An additional separate "guest house" on the property is also available as an extra option for an additional cost. This serves as a fifth bedroom with its own fireplace, kitchenette and bath and makes perfect guest quarters or private nanny/maid residence.
Enjoy tide-pools and fishing from your own backyard. Beach access is only a few steps away from sandy beach coves. Enjoy two world-class golf courses, surfing, deep sea fishing.
