Our duplex on the right is available for rent and consists of approximately 3,000 square feet of space. What I like the most are the great views of Round Lake and the short walk to town.

Both main and upper levels have large balconies with patio furniture to accommodate outdoor dining, sunbathing, featuring great views of Round Lake.
LOWER LEVEL

-two glass sliding doors provide plenty of light and access to a patio area.
Shopping, restaurants, and beaches are within a short distance. The property is just two blocks from downtown Charlevoix. Several golf courses are within a few miles. This is an ideal location for year-round vacations with many activities to keep the whole family busy in all seasons. In addition to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs are nearby. Day trips to Traverse City, Beaver Island, or the Mackinac Bridge are always an adventure.
